Underfloor heating, limestone floor. Lots of storage, and hanging space. There is an option to make the sofa in the living area into a single bed if guests would rather have their own sleeping space. Main bathroom With a very attractive green marble floor and brass fittings, a full bath and good shower. The house is located on a quiet street within easy walking distance of the bustle of the restaurants, theatre, and shops of the internationally acclaimed Dundrum Town Centre. For something quieter stroll to the farmers market, gardens, and cafe at the beautiful Airfield Estate. Take a short and pleasant journey by light rail to the center of the city. The station is just across the street. Visible from the house the beautiful Dublin Mountains are a mere 15 min drive away. Perfectly located in a quiet street beside the Dundrum Luas station (pleasant 13 min journey on LUAS light rail to centre of Dublin (St Stephens Green), trains every 3-5 mins. 7 min walk to the Pembroke District restaurants and some of the best shopping in the city at the award winning Dundrum Town Centre. Our Cottage is a charming light filled cottage in the vibrant district of Dundrum this area was noted in days gone by as a Spa resort , We have a terrific transport network locally ,the Luas a fast tram service in Dundrum will bring you to the city centre in 13 mins, the 14 bus is 2 mins from us , The 750 Dublin Coach Bus from the Airport stops locally & is 12 mins walk There are loads of restaurants ,bars ,& shops within walking distance from our place ,
