Heath View Annexe is a separate building in our garden, in a quiet residential street. A spacious bedroom with king size bed, sofa, table & chairs and private bathroom. Private parking behind gates. In the hallway there's a kettle and fridge along with tea, coffee, sugar, milk, cereal & porridge pots. Located a mile from central Newmarket and 2 miles from the race courses. 15/20 minute walk to Tattersalls and the Railway station. 13 miles from Cambridge & Ely and 14 miles to Bury St Edmunds.

The Byre at Cold Christmas

Escape to the country and stay in a cosy converted barn with a log burning stove and a secluded sunny patio area with outdoor dining and barbeque. We are pleased to offer secluded countryside accommodation within the tranquil and beautiful surroundings of the small East Anglian country village of West Wratting. Located In easy reach of Cambridge (10 miles), Standsted Airport (32 miles), Duxford (14 miles) and London (60 miles). The accommodation comprises of a country cottage that sleeps up to 6 persons. Set within a peaceful country garden. Off road car parking is available. I am happy to accommodate key workers at anytime.

Welcome to our newly redecorated, warm, sunny and spacious garden annex. Off street parking and a short walk home from a day at the races - Rowley Mile Course. (The July course is a longer walk), or a 3 minute taxi ride from the High Street restaurants and Newmarket train station. When travelling we always appreciate a comfortable bed, fresh linen, a decent hot shower, large fluffy towels and being able to make a tea / coffee when we arrive. We hope you will too, when you stay.

The Stables have been newly converted, sat within the grounds of our beautiful farm. The stables are located on the edge of the village of Burwell, with a range of village amenities, including 4 country pubs within walking distance. Be sure to explore the stunning National Trust Wicken Fen nature reserve, which is on your doorstep. Burwell is perfectly located between Newmarket and Cambridge, with both being only a short drive away.
