Studio apartment addition attached to our family home. Our home is located three miles to downtown Edgartown with bus service & bike path close by. Private entrance, mini fridge, coffee press & accessories, private bath with shower, washer/dryer, bed in a loft area (ladder access only) with queen size sofa bed available below for additional sleeping. This is our family home with two baby boys. We try our best to keep quiet, but it is important to note their presence; rental has a sound machine.

A fully-furnished one-bedroom guest apartment (600sq ft) on two levels attached to our house. Separate entrance. Ensuite-shower and complete kitchen. 3 miles from downtown Edgartown, 5 miles to State Beach. In a peaceful neighborhood abutting miles of state forest trails. WiFi, workspace, laundry, smart TV and air conditioning. It can be difficult to secure a ferry res for your car when planning last minute trips in summer. May we suggest renting a bicycle or use a taxi/ride-share service.

Prime location- right across the street from a sandy beach, a few minutes walk to the harbor, downtown, and transportation (boat, bus, etc). This beautiful street-level one-bedroom apartment sits across the street from the ocean, where you can take a dip and enjoy the beach. The apartment was recently redone and has a small bedroom with a queen size bed, small bathroom, full kitchen, and living room area with pull-out couch. Convenient to take the ferry into Oak Bluffs and walk to the apartment

This 100% private apartment is on the first floor of a shared house where owners and their son live upstairs. There are no shared spaces. You have a private entrance and parking. The living room, bedrooms, bathroom, and kitchenette are bright and clean. It is exactly 1 mile from Oak Bluffs Center, a half mile from The Cottages and Farm Neck Golf Course, and a block from Tradewinds walking trails. Across the street is the bike path, & the bus stop is on the corner for easy island transportation!

The location is centrally located, just off historic Music St, a short walk to a small town center which provides amenities. Ask about our other guest suite if you are with others.

Spacious 1 Bedroom Apt - 3 min walk to the Beach!

A perfect place for 1 -4 people to stay! You will have plenty of room, shared use of a grill, backyard, and outdoor dining area. Location is great - it's only a 3 minute walk to the lagoon/beach, 20 minute walk to the Oak Bluffs harbor, 25 minute walk to downtown Oak Bluffs, and 7 minute drive to State Beach. We also have central AC and heating! The owners live upstairs with two young kids (4 & 6) and a dog. As such, this listing is for early-risers ready to enjoy the island mornings :)

plan on bringing a car to the island ? we recommend securing Steamship Authority vehicle reservation as early as possible . Studio shares walls with main house. We ask and wish to respect one another and keep their /our noise volume low. Especially after 10:00pm and before 7 am. Please feel welcome to reach out if something needs to be addressed from our side. Please remove your shoes when inside the studio or wipe your feet from sand outside . Quiet West Tisbury 2 BDR Suite

We are inviting you to stay in the two bedroom, full bath 1st floor wing of our home which has its own private entrance and hot tub. On 3 acres in a quiet area in the center of the island, the house is in a wooded area that leads to numerous island trails. The town of West Tisbury is 1.5 miles away with a bakery, general store, library and church. Included with your stay is access to the town’s private beach, Lamberts Cove which is an island favorite and only 2 miles away.

Summer is coming, that's when Falmouth is best!

Falmouth beaches are great year round. Falmouth is fully open with lots of great live music on weekends and trivia in many different locations mid week. The weather is generally warm enough now for hiking, biking, golf and scenic beach walks. I charge a minimal cleaning fee & ask you to respectfully treat the space with care and clean up after yourself. I make sure the space is more diligently cleaned and disinfected between guests. Sorry but this is a no pet space.

Koi Suite: Covered deck, koi pond & free Kayaks!

Open, spacious and sunny vacation home, perfect for families. The property is on safe and private road surrounded by lush trees, lovely gardens and your very own koi pond. Private residence with full kitchen, beach chairs, beach bag/cooler and beach towels provided, along with free kayaking/paddle boarding and chickens on the property that you can feed! One mile from town and a 10 minute bike ride to the beach.

Lovely efficiency suite with private entrance in a quiet neighborhood. Private space located over attached garage. Plenty of space for two guests. Comfortably appointed with queen bed, dining set, living area with tv and full bath. Enjoy a coffee or cocktail on the private deck. Toaster oven, refrigerator and coffee maker will start your day right before heading to nearby beaches, golf courses or shopping.
