Die komplett sanierte Degenfabrik bietet Ihnen ein Ambiente, das die Zeit ein wenig langsamer laufen lässt. Parkplatz vorhanden, 10 bis 15 min zur City, diverse Restaurants und Geschäfte, Regionalbahnanbindung. Die Sportanlage liegt hinter dem Haus. Im selben Gebäude betreiben wir eine Kunstgalerie, die gerne besichtigt werden kann.

Auch der Zoo und die Regattabahn (Wedau) lassen sich innerhalb von 20 Minuten erreichen! Ihr wohnt in der 1. Das Appartement ist zentral in Düsseldorf -Friedrichstadt gelegen. Das Appartement besteht aus einem Ess- und Wohnbereich mit Schlafsofa (mit durchgehender Matratze) sowie einem Schlafzimmer. -Smart-TV und Balkon. Im separaten Schlafzimmer befindet sich ein großes Doppelbett und ein geräumiger Kleiderschrank. Dort ist auch ein heller, großer Schreibtisch vorhanden. Dort kann auch die 3. Person auf dem Extrabett schlafen. Die Betten sind bereits bezogen und Handtücher liegen bereit.

Our small 13 meter long houseboat Lore is located in the inner harbor of Duisburg, 3 minutes from the city center in one of the trendiest areas of the city: the inner harbour. The Lore has two spacious bedrooms, a roof terrace with lounge furniture, a small covered terrace, a living room with a direct view of the water, a kitchen and of course a bathroom with shower and toilet. The Lore is winter festival and can be booked 365 days a year. We have had three boats in the harbor since 2025.

Make yourself at home. It is very spacious and offers space for up to 4 people, if you want. Find yourself in the clean space with comfortable on quality seating and bed. I use this apartment as my second place to stay or for when friends and family are visiting. So you shall not miss anything. Around in the area you will find all amenities of everyday life... groceries, transportation, restaurants, etc. It is only 10 minutes by feet to downtown & main station.

Signal Tower Linn

The signal tower Linn was built in the 1920s and has now been extensively renovated after being decommissioned over 20 years ago. With love for the details and an eye for its historical origins, a unique and extremely atmospheric location has been created. On the 1st floor there is the loft-like living area with a cozy living/dining area - and the unique 180-degree view. On the lower level there are the 2 bedrooms, the laundry room and the shower room with a toilet.
