Meadow View -"Tranquility with outstanding Views"

Meadow View in the village of Lower Penn sits in the South Staffordshire countryside, located in a quiet country lane, with private entrance. Downstairs it has bathroom and shower, and the upstairs annex offers comfortable sleeping with king size bed and lovely views across the meadow. Parking is available right outside. The Greyhound Pub has an excellent menu plus real ales, and is a 5 minute walk away, with many other restaurants with takeaway/delivered food available within a 3 mile radius.

This studio offers private bathroom and a small kitchenette to heat up pre-cooked meals, also with over 500 restaurants offer deliveries via UberEat, Tesco express and 3 @24/7 supermarkets within 5 minuets walk, and a Morrisons superstore with 10 minutes walk. Free street parking available with no permits required, or free limited on-premise parkings. This studio is only a few minutes walk to 9 bus stops, or 8-10 minutes to the Edgbaston Village tram stop – 3 stops to New Street station.

Upper Arley Farm Lodge

Escape to the countryside for a couples retreat in this stunning one bed lodge located on a working family farm, situated in Upper Arley. The lodge is surrounded by fields with stunning views of the Severn Valley, Clee and Malvern hills and is only a short walk away from Arley Arboretum, the Severn Valley Railway and the quaint village of Arley itself. Historical towns, Bridgnorth and Bewdley, are a 15 minute drive away. Be sure to say hello to Tess, our free-roaming Border Collie!

Canalside cabin

Canalside cabin overlooking the Coventry canal and located in the village of Hopwas. The cabin is perfect for an affordable break or a cost effective stopover on a work trip. Set in beautiful gardens with lovely views of waterways and local woods. There’s plenty on offer for nature lovers with great walks, fishing, boating and cycling on your doorstep. Further afield is a town and city to explore. After a day outdoors there are 2 country pubs across the road from the cabin to relax.

Kinver Edge View Annexe

We started building the granny annexe in 2018 for our parents future home. As they are not at that stage yet we have decided to rent it out for now. There's plenty of space for two, but we have a sofa bed in the lounge, so it can sleep four. There is a wet room with shower downstairs and ensuite with Victoria & Albert freestanding bath upstairs. We are well positioned to explore the area being on the South Staffs, Shropshire and Worcestershire border and of course Kinver Edge.

A delightful loft conversion in Albrighton

The Loft is a conversion, which has been done to a very high standard, just on the outskirts of Albrighton. It has private parking and entrance. Also access to an EV charger. Located by David Austin Roses, one of the leading rose breeders in the world. The RAF museum at Cosford is just a 5 minute drive away. Also within easy reach is Ironbridge and the Shropshire hills. The room can be setup as a twin or a large double. It also has a small fridge, with freezer compartment.

The Lodge is nestled next to our home, The Cedars, in the heart of Oldswinford.

Shellz Suite

Our newly built two bedroom home away from home , with a spacious back garden is strategically nested in a quiet and serene neighbourhood in Wednesbury. It is located within walking distance to the local library, shopping area and family park and is in close proximity to a reliable bus service to West Bromwich, Birmingham City Centre , University of Birmingham and West Midland Safari Park. We are friendly, and honest and will try to accommodate all your needs. This is a space for 2 people and pets, we are happy to accommodate children, just ask and we will try and help.
