Although complete with all the modern amenities (100Mbps WiFi & Smart TV), I encourage you to take a step back and embrace simple living as inspired by Thoreau's novel "Life in the Woods". In the evenings, enjoy stargazing or conversation at the fire pit. Our property is secluded, yet only 10 minutes from the main highway. We are in between Sequoia Forest (east) and Sequoia Park (north), with about an hour drive to each. We love to host remote workers/traveling health care providers.

Welcome to Hacienda de las Rosas, retreat, and home of Hacienda Happy Tails, an Animal Sanctuary. We are a husband and wife team who grew up in the city and had dreams of owning a place where we could welcome friends, family, & maybe some animals!
