Enjoy two large decks with sea breezes and ocean views, a stocked kitchen, two bedrooms with en suite baths, a half bath off the great room, Queen sleeper sofa, smart TVs, and Wi-Fi. The garage doubles as a hangout space with a kitchenette, outdoor shower, TV, table, and beach gear. Private community amenities include; pool, hot tub, private beach access, pickleball, tennis, basketball, clubhouse, and game room.

Welcome to The Casita, our Mediterranean inspired beach bungalow in the Outer Banks. The vision for this home came about after we traveled in Europe and fell in love with the calming, slow-paced lifestyle of villages along the coast, mixed with rich architecture focused on natural elements & a soothing palettes. We designed and renovated this beach cottage to exude inspiration from those experiences and create an escape for ourselves and to share with others. We look forward to hosting you!

Grill out on the patio, relax on the covered porch or take a bike ride on along the Sound. Boat ramp nearby (0.5 miles).
