Great host, another great property that he owns. Only downside is the time of year, wish it was summer and the pool was open. Otherwise, great place to stay.

Lisa and Bobby were excellent hosts. They helped me feel at home, provided great recommendations and offered to personally show me around my new state. The check in was simple, rooms clean, and amenities well stocked. I appreciate the time and care they took to make the transition easier for me. Thank you!

Had a great time- worked well for our group, including 7 kids. Plenty of space to hang out/eat and cook in the kitchen, kids loved playing games in the basement. They had everything we needed stocked (towels, linens, kitchen supplies etc.). House was very clean! Would definitely stay again.

This place was wonderful for our group! The kids needed space and they got it at this house! It was so nice to have MANY outdoor activities such as basketball courts, kayaking, a hot tub, scooters to roll around on, hiking path, and just lots of room everywhere! The house was great and provided the space we needed to eat, sleep, etc. We were impressed with everything. The showers got cold after awhile, but that is to be expected with that many people showering and doing some laundry. When we planned better, then it wasn’t a problem. The hosts were great to work with and responded right away whenever we had a question. I would highly recommend this property to anyone, and I hope to stay there again when I bring a group to Kentucky in the future!

As a family of 11, finding a place to stay can be difficult. We were happy to find a place that could accommodate our large family! Our children enjoyed the hot tub outside and games in the basement. I was delighted to find a crockpot to cook one of our meals in while we were visiting the Ark (I had forgotten to bring one)! The beds were comfortable. We are glad we found this house and will recommend it to our friends! Thank you!

This house is fantastic. Comfortable beds, extremely clean, stocked kitchen utensils, and great instructions for everything in the house. This is a very nice neighborhood and we felt extremely safe. Close to restaurants and shopping. The house exceeded our expectations.

Our family with four adult children stayed at Ben’s. The beds were very comfortable, the bathrooms, clean and stocked. We enjoyed the pool table and the kitchen table for playing cards. It was a very nice visit and would love to stay again.

We really enjoyed our time in Marcia’s place. She was really responsive. Just be careful driving on to driveway of the house since the uphill is steep and certain cars may not have the below height. Overall great experience. We really enjoyed our daily evening walks around the house on the trails

Great place for our family ski vacation. Plenty of bedrooms to accomodate 3+ familes and their gear. Lots of good recreational options, indoor and out. Love the pool table, table top tennis. Plenty of parking. Easy drive to Lawrenceburg. Would definitely stay again. Thanks Dawn!

The cottage was a perfect getaway for my husband and me. We spent the worst days of the Kentucky flood of 2025 there. BUT we were never flooded out on the narrow road leading into the property and Tony made sure that the grounds were safe. Loved that! The cottage was a good size, beautifully fitted out and very clean. Because the house sits on 55 acres of land, it was quiet. Despite the rain, we saw robins and cardinals, minors and squirrels. It has a feel of being out in the country and yet, only 5 minutes to I-75. It's in between Cincinnati and Lexington, and close enough to the Ark Encounter and Creation Museum, as well as many excellent restaurants. Tony is a warm and engaging host. We had the opportunity of meeting him in person at his Wine Tasting bar also on his 55 acres. We heard that they have live music a couple of nights a week. We were too tired to join them but the neat thing is we never heard the music from the cottage. It's a WIN!!!

This was a great place to stay within a short distance to a lot of great places. The house had a lot of fun games and activities at the house. Definitely worth it to stay if your going to the Cincinnati area.

Me and my husband have been wanting to do a little get away and help work on our marriage and out of all the homes I found like this I have to say this one has been by far the best one!! We had a blast. We will for sure love to stay again! She is very friendly. The house was very well put together and the room was fun and exciting. The basement was the my favorite !! The king size bed was so comfortable to sleep in and the shower was awesome! If I could give more than 5 stars I would!!

We took a trip to KY with my three kids and aunts/uncle. There were plenty of beds and spaces for all of us to spread out without being right on top of each other. The kitchen had plenty of everything for us to be able to cook our meals there during our stay which we very much appreciated! The back yard view off the deck is peak KY beauty and very peaceful. Our kids enjoyed having a fire and toasting marshmallows so much. The provided roasting sticks were a huge bonus. We were able to see both the Ark Encounter and Creation Museum during our stay and we also made it to the Cincinnati Zoo and Mammoth Caves. Our kids were thrilled to see Wingfeather books on the shelves and enjoyed reading them in the evenings. Highly recommend for families ❤️

Judy is awesome! She always respond quick with any questions. She always make sure we feel comfortable and if need any help with something. If I return to this area, I will stay there again. If you need a place, trust me this is the place!

Loved this place for a women’s conference. Lots of parking. Jeremiah was very responsive with any question we had and always friendly. Great space for the 16 of us and comfy beds!! Near the train but it never bothered me nor any of the other ladies… and I’m on the lighter sleeper side.

It was great. We took the kids to the Cincinnati Zoo, which was only a 15 minute drive from the house. It was the perfect place to relax after that.

The home exceeded the pictures. It was beautiful and comfy. It is quite large for a 2 bedrooms 2 bath house.

This is the second time staying in Sara‘s place. Honestly I will never stay anywhere else when visiting the Hebron/Florence area. Her home is so well appointed and so clean and taken care of it truly has become our home away from home when visiting family here. It is definitely worth the money to stay in this beautiful home. I highly recommend it.

I had a great stay! The home is beautiful and very private despite being in a busy neighborhood. All of my favorites nearby (tickle pickle, sidewinder) are a very short walk! The home feels welcoming and everything I needed was provided. There’s a giant bathtub on the second floor that definitely aided in my quest for relaxation! The bed was comfortable and it was quiet in the home. The owners’ great photography was on display which is so personal and fun :) AND I believe I read in the guidebook that the other owner is a contractor and helped fix up the house which is very impressive. It was more than I expected even and I’ll definitely be back with my pup and my partner!

The entire process was exceptional from start to finish. The level of communication far exceeded my expectations. We will definitely be booking our retreat with Pamela next year.
