“Serenity on Sibley” Guesthouse~Close to Downtown

Down the winding road, at the bottom of the wooded hill, “Serenity” awaits. This single-room guesthouse sits on the banks of Sibley Lake. Relax and take in the sunsets from the screened porch. Up to 4 guests with a queen-sized bed and a queen fold-out couch. It has a full bath with shower, a kitchenette with island and barstools. A paddleboat, kayaks and life vests are available for use during your stay. Hosts live up and across the drive from the Serenity Guesthouse Located @ 10 min from town.

Little Big House

4 bedroom 2 bath home on Cane River Lake in Natchitoches, Louisiana. Built in 1942, and newly refurbished with hardwood and tile floors throughout. Located 4 miles from Historic Downtown Natchitoches. When reserving Little Big House, count each person that will be staying as a guest. Some hosts list the entire home for a set price but we charge per person. This allows a small group to enjoy the stay without paying full pricing for eight people . Minimum of two and maximum of 8 people. No pets!

The Classy Camp

The Camp is a one bedroom one bath neatly located on 6 acres in south grant parish 9 miles from Louisiana College in Pineville La. The Camp hosts a beautiful picturesque view of a one acre pond from the back porch. Please watch your children the pond is deep. The Camp sleeps 6. 1queen size bed 1bunk bed 1 pull out sofa. This house is very clean. Fishing will be available soon. This cozy cottage also has central heat and air, washer and dryer, coffee pot stove microwave. Families are welcome.

Cozy at C is a small, but roomy, 1 bed/1 bath apartment. It is located in a safe, quiet neighborhood. During your stay, you will have access to a grass backyard and private parking. Amenities include, high speed wireless internet, a smart TV, brand new appliances and an Arcade "Multicade" that has 800 free-to-play video games from the 80s, 90s and 2000s. And of course, a comfy clean bed and furniture. I strive to provide a safe, quiet, clean and inexpensive accommodations for each guest.

The Evergreen Escape

Get away from it all when you stay under the stars. Escape the noise and unwind in our beautifully appointed camper, tucked away on a quiet, secluded lot. This spacious camper features two bedrooms, (1 queen, 1 twin bunk, 1 full) will comfortably sleep up to 5 guests, offering comfort and flexibility for your stay. You will enjoy free on site parking, outdoor dining area, indoor and outdoor refrigerators making meals and entertaining effortless. Our camper is your cozy escape. See you soon!

Iatt Lake Cabins and Kayaks Fish House

360 sq ft house on the lake. Full queen bedroom. Sleeps 4. Full bathroom with a jetted tub and shower. Full Kitchen. Great porch. Pets are allowed for a $50 non-refundable fee. Pets must be kenneled if left inside alone, on a leash at all times when outside and please pick up after your pets. Kayak and paddle boat rentals including life jackets and paddles available. Kayak rental - $35/day each or $60/2 days each. Paddleboat, pirogue or tandem kayak rental - $45/day or $70/2 days.

Cane River Living

Cane River Living is the perfect choice if you're looking for a peaceful place to stay while exploring the historic Natchitoches area. This centrally-located guesthouse is just one mile from the downtown riverbank. It offers a beautifully-renovated studio with a king-sized bed, kitchenette, and spacious bathroom featuring seasonal decor. We're 25 minutes from Natchitoches on Black Lake. We are in a secluded area of a dead end road. Enjoy the peace and quiet surrounded by Spanish moss covered trees. Under the covered front porch, you'll find comfortable seating with great views of the lake. The large windows provide lake views and let in plenty of natural light. Spend the day in town shopping or enjoying a festival. Return home to relax with a meal on the grill or a glass of wine with friends around the firepit.

Cozy Indian Creek Cabin Hideaway

Take it easy at this unique getaway in the woods of the Kisatchie Forest, minutes from Indian Creek Reservior. Great chance to nature hike, kayak, fish or just relax on the front porch swing /rocking chairs with a choice beverage for a beautiful sunset, relinquishing the day to a star studded night sky! Wake up with a hot cup of sunshine in a private, screened-in hot tub, backed up to tall pines, whispering leaves and a delightful breeze. Yes! It’s so wonderful!

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay on Cane River! Located 9 miles from the famous downtown Natchitoches Christmas Festival on the Cane River! Fishing with it’s own boat ramp. Downstairs bedroom with queen bed. Upstairs loft with queen bed. Sleeper Queen Sofa offers a third bed option! Washer/Dryer. Nice kitchen and den with gas fireplace. Gas and charcoal grill in the open air outdoor kitchen.

Shopping, dining, and recreation are only a few miles away. Home is near Ward 9 Sports Complex, Ward 10 Sports Complex, Camp Beaureguard Training Facility, Central State Hospital and expansion site, PlastiPak, and Proctor and Gamble.

KK's Little Cottage

Nestled amongst the tall timbers of The Kisatchie National Forest you'll find respite in KK's Little Cottage. The cottage is located down a dead end dirt road that will make you feel hours from town (though you won't actually be)! Hunter's welcome! You're likely to see some type of wildlife, and it is quite possible you will hear shots fired from hunters. Welcome to our cozy space, enjoy!!
