Located in serene surroundings. Ample living space, secluded outdoor BBQ entertaining area, indoor laundry, and free street parking. Bus stop, shops, restaurants and brewery a 10 or so minute walk, with beach close by. Breakfast items (eggs, milk, bread, cereal, tea, coffee) are provided. Outdoor smoking area available. LGBTQIA+ friendly. NB: Wi-Fi is available, but, in the case of a service outage, we cannot guarentee internet availability. Likewise, TV w/ Netflix subject to availablity.

Central three bedroom garden retreat

Light, spacious and tranquil, our house is less than ten minutes to Sydney CBD, and a few minutes walk to the Annandale café and restaurant hub. and Wayward brewery! We are central, but on a very quiet street. We also have two kids under 9; the toys are tidied away, but your kids are welcome to play with them if they want. The bunk bed is a King Single so reasonably roomy. Travel Cot also available if needed. Pool available October till March; packed away for Winter but swapped for Spa.

Our studio flat has a great warn feel and it is very quiet. The studio is located at the back of our house in a quiet area. Walking distance to train station for airport and Sydney. We welcome families with small children or any one that would like a quick getaway. New self contained apartment, you won't be disappointed. We also accommodate a baby cot if needed.
