We really enjoyed the beautiful home, I loved that there were so many seating options. The fire pit was a big hit too. walking distance to the beach. It felts serene and I wish we could have stayed longer. Henrik and Denise are both lovely and so easy to deal with. Clean house, the complimentary wine was a nice treat. Dog friendly. It was so perfect. I only wish to come back when the wisteria is in full bloom. Love this place. Thank you ❤️

David’s place was amazing, from the moment we drove into the driveway we would see that it was of very high quality and in a lovely quiet location. The house was immaculate and fitted with high end fittings and appliances. David was quick with all responses to my questions and very easy to communicate with. Would highly recommend staying at David’s place. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Great communication, clear instructions. The surrounding was peaceful and very close to the beach. The rooms was surprisingly soundproof and the heating was more than adequate for cold days. The living area was super spacious.

Unpretentious older house about a 5 min drive into Cowes. Private access to beach. Wallabies and birds came up to the back fence for a feed. Possums ate our Easter eggs in the backyard on Easter Sunday morning egg hunt! We loved Richard’s house. It has a great vibe and plenty of space for three kids, five adults and our dog. Kids loved the table tennis. It was good to be away from the crowds in the Main Street. Beautiful walks along the beach which was so accessible. Richard and crew were great to communicate with.

Stayed for a night, John was so nice and friendly and so was Indy! though the room was small, it was definitely cozy and our furbaby enjoyed our stay as well. Location was superb being close to the beach and trails and many other activities to do.

We had a great time. Penny is a great host and the place is great for exploring the peninsula. The location is perfect, only minutes walk to all the amenities including a local library, cinema, various shops and lovely beaches. Our puppy loved going to the beach and played in the water. Penny’s place is great value for money. The people in town were just so friendly to us. I highly recommend Penny’s place.

We had a wonderful stay. The house was spacious and comfortable and Karen and Cameron provided lots of personal touches that made us feel right at home. The location was perfect and the pool was lovely. Fantastic accomodation for adults, kids and pets.

Greg and Maree’s place was exactly what me and my friends were looking for. A good price being right by the beach and with a pool. Greg and Maree were so helpful and responsive and kind. Would recommend this place to anyone wanting a relaxing weekend away.

We loved our stay at Maree's. Our toddler especially loved the pool which was the perfect temperature, not too cold. Everyone loved the retro arcade machine. The place is very private with a beautiful garden, and lovely tall fences for maximum privacy. It would really suit two couples travelling together as a place to chill. Maree is very responsive and helpful with recommendations of what to do locally.

The accommodation was a perfect size. Main bedroom is great, large with its own bathroom and enclosed outside area. Shared bedrooms maybe a bit small but they're just for sleeping anyway. Plenty of living space, an extra area for kids. Lots of toys and games and a billiard table. The swim spa wasn't heating for us but Chris the host did warn us due to unforeseen circumstances and offered a refund if we wished to cancel. Very close to a beautiful enclosed beach, not very busy and good for swimming. Far enough away from 5he bustle of Cowes centre but close enough to walk or drive in for supplies. Chris was very prompt in replying. Overall, a very good experience and I recommend this accommodation for groups or families. Thank you Chris for offering your place.

What an absolutely perfect stay we had. Tamara was an amazing host, helping us organise our elopment wedding from Scotland. The house was huge and well kept. we paid to get the pool heated and it was like a warm bath - we spent ages in there and the kids loved it. If we visit again we would definitely stay there again.

Such a an amazing property that housed 13 of us girls for a nice weekend getaway. Very lavish and modern feel. Lots of restaurants and cafes only few minutes drive away. And not too far from the pier and beach. Only wish that the pool was more bigger to be swimmable, although it was very nicely heated. We had to move all the rubbish from the previous hens party (assuming it was the previous weekend) in the bins to the curb on our last day, which was inconvenient because we barely had enough space for any of our rubbish. Had to take a few bags home. But besides that, we would definitely come to stay again!

We absolutely loved our stay! We were looking for a relaxing holiday where we could quickly unwind, and the house and surrounds did not disappoint. Having both the beach and pool was perfect for our family, and we especially enjoyed that we didn’t feel the need to leave the property to entertain ourselves. The house had plenty of space for everyone, so we could each enjoy some quiet time when needed. Overall, this has been one of our most enjoyable stays. Thank you!

Thank you Kris and Jon for an amazing stay! I’ve been using Airbnb for over 8 years now and these guys are the best hosts I’ve come across! The house itself is beautiful and just as described, it was stocked with everything you could think of (extra towels, toilet paper, proper coffee machine, pots, pans, everything!) and Kris and Jon let you feel right at home. The heated pool was a bonus and the yard space and BBQ was perfect for our 2 families with 2 small kids. Kris was very response in the lead up to our trip with any questions I had and even had left us a hand written note with a full booklet on how to use everything in the house along with recommendations. The house is in a perfect location with access to great cafes and the beach. Could not rate the house or these guys any more highly, we will be back and thank you for such a wonderful stay :) Shamani

It was such a delightful trip! The entire house felt warm and welcoming, and the huge backyard gave my dog the perfect holiday too. I absolutely loved the bedding — it was incredibly soft and comfortable. Best of all, there was an awesome sound system in the living room that made our stay even more fun. If I return to Phillip Island, I’ll definitely stay here again!

Darren's place was exactly like the pictures, it was such a great place in a great location, it was clean and he provided loads of towels and bedding and I couldn't recommend Darren's place enough!

Affordable home for the family and young grandchildren for a weekend together. Short stroll to the beach and 10 minute drive to the penguins. Bringing your own linen and towels and cooking in the kitchen really helped keep the costs down. Great memories for our family.

A quirky, character filled, tiger/samurai themed apartment located on the esplanade very close to the beach. Not interested in the beach? No worries - kick back in the spa or binge on the self help books or the contemporary collection of action movies. Become enlightened with the selection of quotes decorated throughout, and marvel at Mel Gibson’s visage in the bathroom. We would stay here again.

Great townhouse with nice amenities. Dryer, washer and dishwasher are newish and clean. The welcome basket is a nice touch and ideal for quick breakfast. Nice and clean place. The bedsheet and pillows for the sofa bed are a bit hard to find at first and the mattress for the sofa bed could be a tad cleaner. Footsteps from the level above can be heard, which can be annoying at times.

My husband and I agree that Karen and Peter’s beautiful holiday home provided the best getaway we’ve ever experienced. The location and views were breathtaking, and the locals we met were warm and friendly, especially at the dog-friendly beach just a stone’s throw away. The home itself was nothing short of wonderful—cozy, impeccably clean, and incredibly comfortable, with every detail thoughtfully designed to create a truly relaxing retreat.
