Once a hidden gem, Botany Bay is a short walk away

Just a short walk to the beautiful sandy beach of Botany Bay. The ‘Hide-Away’ is all you need to enjoy a peaceful break by the sea. The property has off road parking with a private entrance. 2 steps lead to the entrance hall and off of this is the bathroom and the main accommodation(1 large room).A small kitchen including: electric cooker, microwave,fridge/freezer and washing machine. The queen size bed has storage. Also a small table and chairs. The property also offers a sunny courtyard.

This lovely, spacious and peaceful one-bed top floor apartment in a listed Georgian property comes with uninterrupted sea views. It's well-equipped and is a very flexible space - it makes the perfect base for home working (three books & a PHD have been written from there so far), or is equally good for a short break . It's seconds away from the sea, and has popular places to eat and drink nearby. The Old Town, Turner Contemporary, and Cliftonville are easily accessible on foot too.

SeaSeat, amazing sea view flat

SeaSeat is a gorgeous flat in a beautiful old building, overlooking the sea. We call it SeaSeat because it’s hard to drag yourself away from watching the sea in the daytime or marvelling at the sunsets at dusk. This special place is close to everything that Margate has to offer, it’s right in the old town where all the funky shops, bars and restaurants are and a couple of minutes from the Turner Gallery. Stylish and comfortable, light and airy ..a little seaside gem!

Overlooking Margate Sands, central location. 5 minutes walk from the train station and Free parking. You can spend hours watching the world go by in our beautiful seaside apartment. We have lovingly refurbished our entire apartment, creating a beautiful, stylish and contemporary interior. The sunset is perfectly captured from the luxurious velvet sofas . Fabulous rooftop apartment with stunning sea views

This is a truly wonderful apartment in a fantastic location that allows you to easily explore the town of Margate and all of the attractions it has to offer. The apartment itself enjoys breath-taking views over the sea and is just a short stroll along the beach front to Dreamland and to the wonderfully eclectic Old Town and the inspirational Turner Contemporary Art Gallery.

Ziggys- Seafront Old Town Margate

Ziggys is a beautiful flat in the Old Town of Margate on Marine Drive overlooking the sea and harbour. The flat has lovely high ceilings and is light and bright and will be presented immaculately clean. The sunsets which flood orange/pink light into the flat are amazing. All the attractions of Margate are a short walk, for example the Turner gallery is two minutes away.
