This unique place has a style all its own. Built-in 2019, it is situated in a park-like setting along the Grand Concourse Trail. Commanding views of the city and just a 2.4km walk to downtown. This open-concept house has 18-foot ceilings and clean lines. One queen bedroom, 1.5 bathrooms, walk-in shower, tub, full kitchen amenities, washer/dryer, BBQ, two decks, patio furniture, outdoor fire pit. With commanding views come stairs. This house is not recommended for those with mobility issues.
