We are next door to a high-end coffee and breakfast restaurant. Luxurious, breathable goose down and cotton bedding. Delicious hot-served breakfast is included in our dining room with outstanding views from May 1 to October 15. Walking distance to all downtown attractions as well as Signal Hill. In low season this apartment has laundry facilities included and we accept monthly rentals.

The location of the house makes it ideal for anyone visiting St. John’s for work or business associated with Memorial University or the Health Science Centre. It’s across the street from the University campus. There is a fitness centre close by and it’s on a bus route to downtown, however it is approximately a 25 - 30 minute walk to downtown. Guests have use of the entire house to share with one other person as well as a medium size friendly dog.
