There are 5 major ski resorts close by. Zip lining, hiking, white water rafting, etc all within minutes of the cabin. Red Rocks Ampitheater approx 30 minutes. Large fenced back yard for family and dog. Located just off I-70 so you will hear road traffic, but evenings are rather quiet for sleeping

TVs in bedrooms and living room. ***In winter months 4 wheel drive is required*** Located in the mountains at 10,000 ft. so there is a 9 mile drive down a well maintained county highway to Idaho Springs. Welcome to The Alpine Aframe, a charming cabin nestled at over 10,000 feet in the Rockies. For eight months, this cabin was our passion project. We thoughtfully remodeled the space to create a serene and elevated atmosphere. The cabin is a 5 min walk to the St. Mary's Glacier trailhead and a 25 min drive to downtown Idaho Springs. This mountain retreat has everything you need for a relaxing, tranquil, and comfortable stay. PLEASE READ THE OTHER DETAILS TO NOTE SECTION BEFORE BOOKING.

Green Cabin (spotty WiFi and cell signal)

This cabin is the perfect spot to rest after a day in the mountains! The main floor has a living room and kitchen. The upstairs loft is outfitted with a queen bed and a queen size pull-out sofa. The basement features a twin-sized bunk bed! Our beautiful mountain location limits our access to internet, so the cell signal, WiFi and cable can be very slow or non-existent at times. We recommend planning to be off-the-grid in case this happens during your stay! We do not allow parties.
