Great host and beautiful location. Air BNB was fully stocked and he even let me fish off his dock. I will definitely be re booking with him.

We had a wonderful stay in Susan's home! We had no issues during our stay and really enjoy our time there. Would highly recommend! We will be back!

I would go back next week if I could. Christine's place is outstanding in every possible way. The location is one block off the main drag, so close to everything, but quiet. Beautiful, high-end everything. It was a three-day girls' trip and we were so busy that we didn't spend a lot of time at the house, but I wanted to spend a week. Only one word of caution, I had a big suitcase because I'd been somewhere else first where the weather was cold. That was unwieldy to carry up the narrow circular staircase. But a sensible bag would have been no problem. There's a parking spot right out front. A/C was great though we didn't need it much, and my friend loved the patio downstairs off that bedroom. Perfect Airbnb and I hope to return.

We just had a perfect five night stay and couldn't recommend this place more. The location was beautiful with a peaceful, private balcony but also close proximity to the pool. The condo was stocked with everything we could possibly need. We were traveling with a three year old and were delighted to find all of the things to make a beach day safe and comfortable already there (chairs, toys, puddle jumpers, etc.). We were so comfortable and relaxed and felt right at home. The condo complex felt clean and safe and everyone we met was super nice and friendly. The pool area was clean and never crowded and we spent a ton of time swimming and relaxing in the hot tub and e joying the beautiful atmosphere and views. We hope to go back soon and absolutely would recommend Summer's place!

Overall it was an okay place. I wouldn’t necessarily come back here but I think for the price compared to other places it was good. The pool and lazy river made the stay good

This was to-date one of my favorite AirBnB experiences. We weren’t able to really enjoy the beach due to water quality issues and it honestly didn’t impact our vacation at all because this stay was genuinely so lovely. The balcony views are incredible. We saw manatees, dolphins, and other wildlife every morning. The house was well stocked with pretty much everything we could ask for; we immediately felt right at home. The pool areas were clean and quiet. Both Donna and the manager for the stay were super responsive and helpful. Instructions were clear and readily provided for us. Zero complaints— we absolutely would stay here again.

Great house to stay in for our spring break. Clean and updated home that matched the listing. Really enjoyed our stay and was a good location to stay and visit the Tampa area. Would stay here again.

Sharon was on top of it! The property was as described and in tip-top shape. The community itself is older and it looks it from the outside, but when you walk in the front door the home is comfy and well presented. Everything was clean and cozy. Bottle of wine on the kitchen counter, coffee in the cubbard, and cold filtered water in the fridge. Nice binder of instructions and local amenities was helpful. I will stay here again when my travels bring me back to St. Pete. Thank you, Sharon.
