Located within walking distance of downtown Historical Smyrna, where charming pubs and stores await you. Enter your quarters, through the 'Milk Room', pass your private full bath, by the spiral staircase to your spacious private bedroom suite, nestled below a cathedral ceiling on the second floor. Oh, Dover Downs and Wesley college are close by

SandyPaws Cottage at Big Stone Beach on the DE bay

This is a newer cottage on the Delaware Bay near Milford, DE, only 25 minutes to Rehoboth Beach and the Atlantic Ocean. Sleeps 4, 2 bdr, 1 bath, a double and a queen bed. Large sunny great room with tv and DISH satellite. There is over 500 sq feet of deck space overlooking the bay and the freshwater marsh managed by the Nature Conservancy. Watch sunrise over the bay and sunset over the beautiful marsh filled with many species of birds. Dogs must be walked on a leash and do-do picked up!

Farm house Oasis

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. This 1st floor unit, located on a gated farm, has 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom and can sleep up to 6 people. If you enjoy the outdoors then this is the place for you. We have walking paths for you to enjoy and make sure to say hi to the animals as you walk by. Sit out on the front porch and watch the sunset or sit out by the pond and watch it there. This unit is 10 minutes from the nearest shopping. Do not enter barns or pastures.

"The Townsend" - Hot Tub!

On the way to The Townsend, you'll pass roadside farmstands and open fields. This meticulously restored farmhouse, located on the Cohansey River, features waterfront views in every room in the house so you can unwind, reflect and enjoy the company of family and friends. Outside you'll find a fire pit, hot tub and large field, perfect for outdoor activities. A quick 3 mile drive takes you to the historic town of Greenwich. Close to the outlets, restaurants and boardwalk...but far enough away to be peaceful as well. Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay.
