Point of View

This charming studio of 30m2, just a few minutes walk from the harbor and the city center has been designed as open plan area, with a queen size bed, a fully equipped kitchen and dining area, a fireplace, a sitting area, a desk, as well as a bathroom with shower. It accommodates up to 2 people, ideal for couples and for long stays as it is equipped with all the necessary facilities. A private veranda of 70m2 surrounds the house and offers relaxing moments and magnificent sea and mountain view.

Venetico View

Το Venetico View είναι μία καινούρια εξοχική κατοικία, με μαγευτική θέα ακριβώς πάνω από την εξωτική παραλία Βρουλίδια. Στην ιδιωτική αυλή και έκταση με μαστιχόδεντρα ο επισκέπτης μπορεί να απολαύσει την απόλυτη ηρεμία, ενώ πολύ κοντά με το αυτοκίνητο βρίσκεται η διάσημη παραλία "Μαύρα Βόλια" αλλά και η καλύτερη οργανωμένη παραλία της Χίου "Κώμη". Το σπίτι έχει κτιστεί και φιλοτεχνηθεί με χειροποίητες κατασκευές από τον ιδιοκτήτη και όλα τα δωμάτια έχουν θέα στη θάλασσα και το νησάκι Βενέτικο.

Traditional house in Patrika one of the medieval villages of south chios specialy constructed for the collection of the mastic.Dating back to medieval times, fully renovated in 2018 with respect to the traditional architecture. Special attention was given to the decoration, to the luxury and the comfort. Built in two levels, it contains 2 spacious bedrooms, a kitchen, a bathroom, an attic with double bed, a terrace with view to the sea and the mountains, and a balcony to the village square.

Hello there! We are offering for rental our holiday home in the Southern tip of Chios Island. It is a perfect spot to relax and enjoy the amazing view of the Aegean sea. The tiny islet of Venetico in the background with it's lighthouse on it which blinks as it gets darker, seems to change colour during the day. Then you can enjoy a sky full of stars far from the light pollution of a city.
