As fantastic place in a great location. The hosts are very responsive and helpful. Great features and lots of space. It was really nice to have the private outdoor space. I would definitely recommend!

Je recommande sans hésiter ce logement qui est encore plus jolie que sur les photos. Spacieux, bien équipés et surtout tres propre, vous allez passés un excellent séjour sans problème. Supérette, restaurant, parc de jeux pour enfant, piscine l'été et surtout une place de parking. le logement est à proximité du centre ville en voiture et pour ceux qui ne sont pas véhiculé, il a des bus qui passe juste en dessous du logement. Merci également à la personne qui nous a accueilli et qui a été très arrangeante pour l'heure d'arriver.

El piso de Miguel me ha encantado. Al lado de la estación de tren, muy limpio y con muchas comodidades. Nos dejó hacer el checkin y el checkout fuera del horario preestablecido. La comunicación con él fue muy fácil.

Verónica es una persona muy atenta y encantadora al igual que su pareja. La casa está perfecta para pasar un fin de semana agradable! Repetiría sin duda

Appartamento molto bello e moderno zona Alameda. Dotato di terrazzino privato molto comodo. Arredi nuovi. Host sempre disponibile e risposte immediate. Se torneremo a Siviglia prenoteremo sicuramente qui.

logement propre et parfait pour profiter de Séville. Le centre ville est facilement accessible en bus avec les lignes 37 et 1 qui sont à 5 mn à pied. Jorge a été extrêmement disponible et aimable tout était parfait. je recommande. Le tarif est un petit peu élevé tout de même pour la prestation.

Amparo est une personne très agréable, accueillante, qui prend soin des voyageurs et qui est très réactive. Le logement se situe dans un micro quartier préservé à l'architecture traditionnelle dans un quartier en pleine mutation. Supermarché à quelques minutes à pied ainsi que divers commerces à proximité immédiate. Le plus important restant la ligne de bus n°3 à 200m reliant directement le centre historique de Séville. Le logement d'Amparo est un petit cocon privé, sans vis à vis bénéficiant d'un patio fermé sur l'entrée ainsi qu'une grande terrasse privée au dessus du logement. L'intérieur est très bien pensé et agencé, rien ne manque et tout est fait pour que l'on se sente comme chez soi, la décoration est soignée et de bon goût. Nous avons passé un très bon séjour chez Amparo, c'était un plaisir de faire sa connaissance, nous ne pouvons que conseiller ce logement. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir.

Ha sido una estancia excepcional !! La casa es tan bonita… está super limpia, huele genial y tiene de todo. Nos ha encantado pasar nuestro viaje aqui. Y por supuesto, los anfitriones geniales, atentos y claros. Volveremos!!

Great location. Beautiful views and large balcony on top. We could see the cathedral lit up at night. Lots of room to to be alone if needed. Be aware that there are 4 levels with lots of stairs in between each level. If you are elderly or have knee problems with steps this is not for you. We are both 75 and the climb was a bit of struggle, especially with suitcases. House was well equipped even with cards and games if you needed a break from exploring. Master shower was amazing and hot water plentiful. Loved the place!

The place was fabulous. The house is beautiful, spacious, clean, and very well supplied. The host was super responsive: he responded quickly to messages and, when we were lacking something, he brought it over (even on a holiday!) The neighborhood was great, with a lovely plaza and grocery store right around the corner and a fabulous cafe and bakery right next door, and only a 15 minute walk from the Cathedral. I recommend it 100%.

Casa cómoda y tranquila a pocos minutos del centro de Sevilla.

Notre séjour chez Isabel a été formidable, le plus bel air BNB que nous ayons fait ! le jardin est paisible, une oasis de fraîcheur au milieu de la chaleur de seville. la piscine et la terrasse sont très agréable, la maison est jolie, bien meublée et agréable à vivre. la literie est très bonne, et la maison reste fraîche quand il fait 34 degrés dehors. Isabel est une hôte très gentille, de part sa disponibilité et ses attentions, ainsi que son chien duque qui a été de bonne compagnie pour nous et notre chienne. il est facile de se garer dans la rue, et le bus est a quelques centaines de mètres, qui mène au métro rapidement. Nous recommandons chaudement ce logement, que nous quittons à regrets.

La casa es tal cual se ve en fotos, bastante amplia y con una azotea fantástica, y súper cerca de sevilla capital, a menos de 10 minutos en coche, el acceso al lugar fue súper fácil y el aparcamiento también. En cuanto al anfitrión, se portó genial, facilitándonos información y resolviendo nuestras dudas muy rápido, fue muy amable y estuvo atento en todo momento a nosotros durante la estancia, seguro que algún día volvemos a alojarnos en la casa!

La casa di Nkoula è veramente perfetta per un gruppo numeroso: noi eravamo in 9 ed abbiamo usato le 6 stanze da letto disposte su 3 piani ed i 5 bagni a disposizione . Tutti gli ambienti sono puliti, perfetti e ben tenuti, la casa e2grandissima e le stanze hanno i letti molto comodi. La cucina al primo piano è molto bella e funzionale, perfetta per una colazione tutti insieme. Insomma abbiamo passato 2 giorni fantastici anche grazie alla cortesia di Nkoula e la sua bella casa . Grazie ancora, alla prossima vacanza nella fantastica Siviglia!!

From this location we were easily able to walk to all of the historical sites we wanted to visit. Quiet and peaceful.

Our host was most attentive and the apartment spacious and well equipped. Great location within walking distance from all the sites in the city centre and also close to the airport and train station buses. Safe and secure area. The windows opening on a internal courtyard ensured peace and quiet. To be recommended.

Ho avuto un'esperienza davvero positiva. Ricardo si è dimostrato reattivo, chiaro e molto disponibile. La casa, come descritto, si trova a pochi minuti dal centro. L’alloggio era ordinato, pulito e dotato di alcune attenzioni extra che lo hanno reso ancora più accogliente rispetto alla maggior parte delle sistemazioni

If you have a car, its easy to stay at Sue’s place, the parking right opposite the lift and go straight to the apartment. And if you are cat lover, her cats super friendly. We love our stay. Highly recommended.

La estancia en la casa de Isabel ha sido genial, casa ordenada, no echas nada a faltar, muy limpia, con terraza exterior, muy cerca del metro (10 minutos centro Sevilla), y de todo tipo de servicios. El trato recibido por Isabel, excelente, difícil de superar. Casa muy recomendable.

Appartamento molto bello, confortevole e pulito. Ho avuto dei problemi con la prenotazione l’host ha gestito la situazione concedendomi un check out posticipato. Ho fatto una prenotazione sbagliata, ciò che mi ha mandata in confusione è stato il prezzo indicato in annuncio in fase di prenotazione, ovvero circa €80. Questo prezzo però era inteso per ogni giorno occupato e non per notti occupate. Ho pagato circa €240 pensando di soggiornare per tre notti quando invece erano due. Ammetto che le mail ricevute dove mi potevo accorgere dell’errore di date sono state molte. Purtroppo per me e per la mia famiglia, non mi sono accorta e così ho dovuto rimediare ad una situazione davvero difficile.
