Holiday Home in Zelhem with Garden

Having 3 bedrooms and a lovely furnished terrace, this is a holiday home in Zelhem, immersed in tranquility. It is located at the edge of woods and makes a great stay for a family with children or a group of 6 friends. Zelhem is known as the green heart of the Achterhoek, where you can enjoy peace and space. You can take beautiful walks and cycling trips in the region. Other Hanseatic towns like Doesburg, Zutphen, or Deventer are also relatively close by. The holiday home has a large garden in which you can hear many birds chirping and start your day with a healthy breakfast. On the terrace, you can enjoy the view of the enormous garden and fully unwind with all the nature surrounding you. There is a barbecue to enjoy your evenings with smoked meals. Indoors, the sitting area by the wood-burning stove is a cozy place for a hangout. The kitchen is well equipped to prepare meals of your choice. A children's bed and a high chair are available. Das Anwesen befindet sich gegenüber von Kaiserswerth und 6,2 KM von Meerbusch entfernt. Zur Innenstadt nach Düsseldorf sind es 19km (24min), zum Flughafen Düsseldorf 16Km (17min), zur Messe Düsseldorf 15km (20min). Ruhig gelegen direkt an Rheindamm umgibt das Haus ein 10.000qm Garten. Das Haus selber, gebaut 1958, ist zweigeschossig mit ca. 370qm Wohnfläche. Es gibt zwei großzügige Wohnzimmer . Die Einrichtung ist modern klassisch. Das Haus eignet sich für Familien und Messebesucher (Firmen).

Villa Issum is history. The monumental villa dates from 1914, has been completely renovated into group accommodation and is fully equipped, without affecting the authentic atmosphere. The beautiful terrazzo still adorns the floors. The house is located in Germany in the village of Issum, only a 30-minute drive from Venlo. The atmosphere is friendly, cozy and there are always fresh flowers. Play a game of jeu de boules and have breakfast in the morning sun on the terrace in the garden.

This amazing old villa was built around 1930 and was renovated shortly and is therefore equipped to the latest standards. It is in our private use and everything made with love and passion. It has 4 bedrooms (3 double rooms of 35, 25 and 14 sqm and a single room of 8 sqm), a large living room, a dining room, a kitchen and 2 bathrooms (15 sqm and 5 sqm) and a guest toilet. The garden is almost 1000 square meters. We are looking forward to our first AirBnB experience.
