The beautiful garden is perfect for relaxing and reconnecting with nature. The location is ideal for a holiday: sandy beaches a few minute drive away, scenic cypress-lined cycling routes, tiny villages nestled between the sea and the hills. Everything is close by, even though you're surrounded by countryside!

La Guardiola, in tempi passati, era posta a difesa dell’ingresso a Porto Azzurro dal mare. Aveva due caratteristiche fondamentali: una vista estesa e dominante e l’accesso immediato al mare. La vista di rara bellezza, il mare che pervade ogni ambiente, la pace ed i profumi della macchia mediterranea, fanno di questo luogo un posto magico. Attualmente la struttura, di proprietà della nostra famiglia dal 1994, é una villa indipendente di 130 mq, circondata da un parco di oltre 1.000.

The house sits in a protected oasis surrounded by a beautiful private park with olive trees, a pond, pine trees and woods, where you can walk, relax and enjoy the pleasures of unspoilt nature. Villa indipendente immersa nel verde di un parco con accesso privato al mare. La casa si dispone su due livelli dove al piano terra abbiamo la zona giorno con cucina, bagno un ampio salone con camino, salendo al piano superiore troviamo la zona notte con quattro camere e doppi servizi. La villa è stata totalmente rinnovata e ristrutturata lo scorso anno compreso la maggior parte dell'arredamento. L'ingresso alla proprietà è servita da cancello automatico e spazio per 5 auto.

Das Haus befindet sich im antiken Stadtteil,. Kino- Set fuer die Folgen der ‚Delikte des Barlume‘ gedreht, eine italienische Krimiserie die im Herzen der Toskana spielt. Die Designer-Wohnung mit sehr hohen Decken wurde 2023 als Loft komplett restauriert und komfortabel ausgestattet.
