Dooey Hill Cottage is nestled on the hillside by Dooey beach with Atlantic views, overlooking beautiful Traigheana bay (Bay of the Birds) and the mountains of Donegal. It is on 6 acres including shoreline, secluded yet only 5 minutes drive to local shops and pubs with traditional music and food, and a further 10 minutes to the town of Dungloe with several supermarkets, a bank and numerous traditional pubs and restaurants.

The historic Donegal Town Centre is only a 3 minute drive or 15 minute walk. We have Lidl Supermarket and Supermacs and Papa Johns Pizza less than a 1 minute drive or 3 minute walk. The Town has everything that visitors require i.e. Restaurants, Entertainment, walks & tours of surrounding areas. A good base to explore the Wild Atlantic Way. The check in time is between 4pm and 7pm. Check out time is 11am. We need to know an estimated time of arrival please.

There are wonderful views from the cottage of Sleive League (Sliabh Liag) beyond.
