Das Haus ist freistehend, neben dem Haus ist sein eigenes Gebiet, wo es einen Swimmingpool (6*3 Meter) und ein Erholungsgebiet und Esszimmer. Das Haus besteht aus 2 Etagen. Im Erdgeschoss gibt es ein Wohnzimmer, Küche, Essbereich und Bad. In der ersten Etage befinden sich zwei Schlafzimmer, ein Badezimmer, eine Terrasse und der Zugang zur oberen Terrasse. Die obere Terrasse hat einen Sitzbereich und Sonnenliegen.

If necessary we can provide a cot, chair and a bathtub for children younger than 3 years old. It has a magnificent private pool, and It is treated all the year to be ready for the people who come to our property, Wi-Fi unlimited and NETFLIX free service, and parking place inside the plot.

The house is located 30 minutes by car from the airport. New renovated ground floor. Living room, kitchen, bathroom with shower and toilet. Two bedrooms, the bathroom and the terrace are upstairs. Two yards are at the back and in the front of the house. It belongs to the residence Fortuna with a common park and a large swimming pool with one part given over to children. Some beaches are at the distance of 15 minutes by car.
