Perfect for secluded get-away or family vacation & near the beautiful Historic Natchitoches for Downtown shopping. Natchitoches is known for festivals throughout the year including their Christmas Festival.

Cozy, sparkling clean 3 bedroom 1 bath manufactured home on Caney Lake. Includes use of the dock for fishing and relaxing(no swimming), a boat slip and concrete boat launch. The home is situated on the property behind the main home with partial lake views from each side of porch. 5 minutes by water from Jimmy Davis State Park swim area/beach. Enjoy the most beautiful sunsets, water sports, sitting near the water around the fire pit, and great fishing while relaxing at this country getaway.

Down the winding road, at the bottom of the wooded hill, “Serenity” awaits. This single-room guesthouse sits on the banks of Sibley Lake. Relax and take in the sunsets from the screened porch. Shops/restaurants are a quick 10-minute drive to Front St. Take in the scenery of historic Natchitoches famous for its Christmas Festival, meat pies, and for being the location of the film “Steel Magnolias.” Located just minutes from local favorite bar/restaurant “Cane River Commissary.”

Sleep up to 12 in this three bedroom two bath oasis on Caney Lake. Bedrooms are equipped with queen sized beds. The living area has a large sofa that accommodates four plus we have two twin sized rollout beds. Basic necessities are provided. $300 deposit required.

Come visit Brown Boys Lakehouse on beautiful Caney Lake! Enjoy the peace and quiet and beautiful sunrises and sunsets from the dock or balcony deck. This is a 3 bedroom and 2 1/2 bath home that will accommodate up to 12 people. It has a king sized bed, 2 full size bunk beds with pull out twin trundles, and a pull out couch with queen mattress. Enjoy the wifi and 85” tv in the den. Every room has its own TV. The dock has a slide and 2 boat lifts. The game room has foosball and arcade games.

Come enjoy a peaceful getaway on Caney Lake. Our guesthouse is an updated mobile home that is right behind our main house. While the mobile home is not waterfront, we love for our guests to enjoy our floating boathouse and our yard (that is waterfront) with lounge chairs, hammock and a fire pit. Feel free to cast a line! If we are there staying in the main house, we desire for you to feel freedom enjoying these spaces! There are bream and bass galore so bring your fishing pole!

We're 25 minutes from Natchitoches on Black Lake. We are in a secluded area of a dead end road. Enjoy the peace and quiet surrounded by Spanish moss covered trees. Under the covered front porch, you'll find comfortable seating with great views of the lake. The large windows provide lake views and let in plenty of natural light. Spend the day in town shopping or enjoying a festival. Return home to relax with a meal on the grill or a glass of wine with friends around the firepit.
