Situated on the edge of Calverts lagoon nature reserve we welcome you to our little piece of paradise. From your door walk to explore the quiet lagoon, reserve and surf beach. Enjoy star gazing and hunting the Aurora Australis from your private deck. Located near South Arm (5 min) and Hobart (30 min). The space is cozy and comfortable with ample ammenities, attentive hosts and a unique and detailed guest book. Perfect for a little get away to relax or as a base to explore Southern Tasmania.

Carlton River Escape was completed in 2023 and built as a peaceful hide away retreat on the back 50 acres of our property. It is nestled right beside our Swift Parrot Conservation Forest area which also shares it space with our local wallabies, wombats, echidnas, pademelons, possums, and eagles. Amid the fresh Tassie air, and the incredible forest views, you will feel completely relaxed listening to the sounds of the wildlife while enjoying the luxury of a secluded brand new home.

Experience the magic of a tiny cabin set amongst a grove of gum trees beside a creek around the bend from an isolated beach in a little-known corner of Tasmania. Our cosy and humble cabin - an old pickers hut from the farm's previous life as an apple orchard - is located in the stunning Huon Valley, with views across the stunning Huon River to the snow capped mountains of the Southwest. You would be hard pressed to find a more peaceful outlook for your morning coffee or afternoon wine as you take in the open skies and the local wildlife. Just a few minutes from the charming village of Cygnet and its many great cafes and shops.

Arrow Brick House

Arrow Brick House is a beautiful, dog friendly, country property with gorgeous water and mountain views, minutes from Port Arthur Historic site, 3 Capes Walk and Remarkable cave. Breathe in the clean, fresh air as you enjoy views over misty mountains, sparkling water and Tasman Island Lighthouse. Relax on a private and secluded getaway, perfect for those who love romantic, wild places. We recommend a few days to really enjoy the property and explore the local area.

AERIE retreat. A private designer apartment in the bush by the water. Walk down to the very private Wilderness Deck for exclusive use of the Timber Hot Tub, Sauna and fire pit. Access to the waterfront marine reserve is also exclusively available for our guests. A brilliant spot to stay summer or winter. Watch the winter full moon rise over the ocean from the hot tub and sauna.
