Beautiful Tempe Pool Home 5 Miles From ASU

My wife and I love the AZ and what it has to offer and Tempe is just a staple of AZ living. Being a host is a honor and a privilege and we take it seriously! We love that families and friends are able to make memories at our homes they'll take with them for the rest of their lives. We look forward to welcoming you into our home. You will enjoy complete privacy in our home but we are always a text or a call away to answer any questions. **Quick note for our winter guests the pool is not heated**

Private Walled Vllla with Pool

A special house, private and quiet, and filled with light. A mid-century home with a private pool, and garden. This is a comfortable home-base for trips to Tucson, Flagstaff, Sedona, the Grand Canyon, or a short drive to A.S.U. and downtown Tempe. The photos of the interior may not do the dimensions justice. Guests often say that the rooms are more spacious than they had imagined. The interior is designed for a comfortable stay, furnished with a playful assortment of eclectic furniture and art.

Stay cool this summer! We have Solar AC! No temperature limits. Clean, comfortable, and spacious professionally remodeled. A great place to kick back while you explore all arizona has to offer. Our home is conveniently located on the Chandler, Gilbert, Mesa boarder. Relax in the backyard and enjoy Arizonas great winter weather. You can make dinner in our fully stocked kitchen, on the bbq, or go out to one of the many great restaurants nearby. Beautiful desert hikes are 20 minutes away.

I have created a space that offers both the ability for some peace and quiet, being nestled in a quiet community, however you are just down the street from some of the busiest restaurants and bars in town. Pickleball set included with plenty of courts nearby - feel free to use! There’s plenty of things inside the space to make you feel at home for you to use. I even have an Amazon Echo in the room for you to jam out to music during the day or use white noise for bed.
