Do you want a spot on the sea, your apartment just steps from the Adriatic Sea? Our apartment "Haliaetum" is located in a family villa by the sea, on the walkway to the San Simon beach in Izola. Excellent location, pleasant garden with Mediterranean vegetation, cozy apartment and our desire to feel at home with us, all these are sufficient reasons to spend your holidays, a long weekend or maybe just a day in our apartment Haliaetum all-year-round. The apartment is located in the middle floor (1st floor). It is suitable for up to 4 persons, centrally heated and air-conditioned. Fully furnished apartment includes: entrance with wardrobe, bathroom with shower and washing machine, living room with kitchen, dining table and 4 chairs, Led TV and a couch (130 x 190 cm) for two persons, bedroom with sea view and two beds We assure you that you will be excited about our extensive garden. In the shade of our pine trees, cypress and laurel bushes you will be delighted to use: table and 4 chairs, solid wooden deckchair along with sunbathing cushion and a folding deckchair, outdoor shower, fitness area among the cypress trees, swing on a pine, direct access from the garden to the beach, gas grill, free parking in front of the house, free Wi-Fi internet in the apartment and in the garden. Our house is certainly ideal also for families with children. Every moment you can "jump" in the apartment directly from the pebble beach without tiring walking or driving. Just park your car in front of the house and enjoy your vacation.

A due passi dal viale XX Settembre, zona pedonale ricca di negozi, cinema e ristoranti, vi permetterà di scoprire la città a piedi sfruttando una posizione strategica. Adatta ad ospitare da 2 a 5 persone. Non c' è Wifi!

This is "moderen tent" or "cute little nest with a view". You will love the terrace and the location. Our place is only 200 meters from Tartini Square. Piran is so charming, but not suitable for spoiled people. You will get fit during your holidays (44 steps to the top of the house). :) All guests say that the place is small, but very well organised. Perfect for a couple. With your private terrace where you can set a private beach. :) Everything you need is only steps away.

It's a two storey house with two apartments in Strunjan near Piran on a very peaceful and green location surrounded by olive trees, vineyards, fig trees and other mediterranean plants, 600m from the nearest beach in Moon bay. It's our holiday home and we are using the apartment on the groundfloor by ourselves (mainly on weekends and holidays). Your apartment is located on the first floor.

It has been our home for a long time and when we had to move in, we renovated and restored it with care, adapting it to the needs of future guests. E' un'ottima base di partenza per visitare la città senza toccare la macchina! Ha una splendida vista panoramica sul mare ed è adatto a coppie, a chi viaggia per lavoro e famiglie.
