Welcome to my big and comfortable one bedroom apartment in the heart of Stockholm's vibrant district, SoFo, filled with trendy shops and cozy cafes. The open and airy layout of the apartment invites you to unwind and relax after a day in the city, and you can whip up something delicious in the fully equipped kitchen, although you will never run out of options with plenty of restaurants just around the corner. 15 min to the Old Town by foot, 4 min walk to the subway station and superfast Wifi.

This 130 years old cottage is about 90 m2. It's modern, however furnished in a way to give a cosy atmosphere. The bottom floor; a kitchen and dining room with a classic wood stove, a living room and a bathroom. Your own garden and a large wooden deck to sunbathe, or barbecue. Beautiful area, a crystal clear lake for bathing 200 m away, bordering a nature reserve to enjoy nature. The sea at the dock ~ 700m. 30 mins to Stockholm by "Waxholmboat", bus or car. The archipelago in the other direction.

En gratis parkeringsplats ingår i anslutning till huset. Studion är totalrenoverad, komplett kök och tvättmaskin finns. Mataffär finns vid tågstationen 7 minuters promenad.

Här bor du centralt med Södermalmspulsen precis utanför dörren, men ändå med ett lugnt och avkopplande rum som vetter mot en tyst innergård. Boendet ligger på 7:e våningen i ett höghus och har en privat ingång för en ostörd vistelse. Observera att hissen går upp till våning 6, och därefter finns det en trappa till våning 7. Gångavstånd till Medborgarplatsen, shopping, restauranger, barer och ett brett utbud av aktiviteter. Boendet är perfekt för dig som vill uppleva Stockholm på bästa sätt!

This is the last month we rent out our place. We are moving out. It’s still cosy as ever! One of the nicest parts of Stockholm. Around the corner you can find old wooden houses, coffeehouse and restaurants and the lovely park on the “White hill”. A short stroll to a magnificent view over the city. The room in entered through a private entrance, has a queen size bed, own bathroom with shower and a small hallway. Just around the corner you find many places to have your breakfast, lunch and dinner since kitchen is not included. Don’t hesitate to ask if you have any questions.

The studio is located at the bottom floor of our house and has it's own entrance with a code lock. It takes about 30 minutes to the central station including walking. Parking is included and is located just outside the door. The studio has a bathroom and a kitchen. The neighborhood is calm and consisting of villas and terraced houses. There are supermarkets and fast food places within 5 min walking distance.
