Enjoy a unique private space with no shared walls on an acre of lush property. Stroll the grounds picking fresh oranges and watch all the beautiful birds that grace our large ash trees. Sip coffee and watch the sunrise on the private deck off the casita, or a glass of wine by the fire pit. There’s also a private side yard where you can grill and dine. Our private nature sanctuary is nestled amongst mountains and undeveloped land with spectacular views and fresh, clean air. The cozy space has a huge deck with daybed, outdoor bathroom/shower, and kitchenette. Close by hiking trails, a running river, dark, star-filled skies, and quiet whispers of nature are amongst the magic that serves the soul at our special spot. Perfect for couples or solo travelers, this quaint 168 sq ft @socaltinyhomeretreat allows you to experience the beauty of compact living while on a unique getaway. The interior design was crafted to offer guests a cozy space with privacy and functionality. Conveniently situated near Old Escondido, wineries, great fast food, Safari Park, and a 25-minute drive to Del Mar, Carlsbad, and Oceanside beaches.

Creekside Studio (private entrance)

Creekside Studio is a cozy, well equipped, private yet centrally located studio retreat in South Escondido. It is on a 1-acre, quiet cul-de-sac lot, attached to the main house (our residence), with it’s own private entrance. The studio has a small kitchenette (no stove), a queen size bed and a twin sleeper/couch and a bathroom with shower (no tub). Roku TV, free-WiFi keep you entertained or hang out on the deck with your coffee in a park-like setting.

Cozy yet spacious studio apartment attached to the main house where I live. You will have your own private patio, a full kitchen. Most everything you would need is there. The bathroom is simple and small, but very nice and clean and all amenities you would need. The Studio apartment reflects my home, which is full of color and Mexican art/ folk art. It's not new or modern. Built in 1953, a Ranch House style. It's unique and full of life!
