Beautiful Modern Style & Location

Stay close to the best spots in San Juan: Condado, Old San Juan and the Convention Center in Miramar. This new apartment is located in the peaceful neighborhood of Miramar and only ONE BLOCK AWAY FROM THE CONVENTION DISTRICT. This historic neighborhood offers quick access to bars, restaurants, movie theater and all the hot spots in Condado and the fortified city of Old San Juan, all for the best price around town. The room is equipped with a queen size bed, designer furniture, smart LED TV included , A/C, and modern KITCHEN with stainless steel appliances. A Gated parking space in the building is available for use at a low rate. If you’re not renting a car, the bus stop is conveniently located just a couple of steps from the building giving you the opportunity of moving anywhere around San Juan. Sorry, no pets allowed. Im usually available to meet personally with my guests. If my job doesn't allow me for any reason to be there at the time for check in, I will make all necessary arrangements for a smooth check in. IMPORTANT : Parking inside property will only be available upon request. It is important to let me know if you wish to use the space since special instructions are needed. Parking fee is $5 per day and will be added to the total of the reservation.

A Gem of a 2 bedroom condo unit close to the beach

This luxurious unit is located in a modern high rise building in an up and coming area in the isle of Old San Juan just one mile from the old Spanish town and near Condado. The location is perfect to access the famous beach of El Escambron (just 1 block away!) very popular among surfers. It´s a newly reformed gem of a condo unit loft-like style with exposed concrete ceilings and beams with floor to ceiling north looking windows in a corner unit with ample sun light all through the day-time.

Budget room-size STUDIO for 2 guests (169 sq ft) in central location but for budget price - price of a shared room or a bed in a hostel in Ocean park, simple spot to rest your head. Steps away to everything. GENERATOR, WATER TANK, FULL size bed, mini kitchen, wifi, Netflix, AC, beach chairs(no handles), towels & cooler, NO beach umbrella, bars & restaurants are literally by the corner, 5 minutes walk to Ocean park beach literally. No hot water in the SINKS, NO BLACKOUT CURTAINS, not a hotel
