Spectacular Views in Condado

The apartment is located in Condado one of the hottest touristic area of Puerto Rico. You will enjoy spectacular views of the Atlantic Ocean and the Condado Lagoon. You can see and hear the waves breaking in the sand. In the lagoon you can paddle board, swim or kayak. You can walk to beaches, parks, restaurants, casinos, spas, dance clubs, etc. The apartment is only 6 miles (about 10 min ride) from the airport and about 1 mile from Old San Juan. The perfect location for your vacation!

Relax in this boho unit. 5 min driving to the airport, close enough for a quick transfer but located in a dead end, tranquil street; 5 min walking to the beach; 10 min driving to Old San Juan. Enough parking in front of properties. Near recreational park, tennis and basketball court. Full bed, TV, coffee maker, fridge, microwave, single stove top, and Wi-Fi. Beach chairs, towels, umbrella provided. Ground floor.

Condado Beach Front - Free Parking & Netflix

Beautiful beachfront studio located at the Condado del Mar Condo complex, beach cabana section. It comes with one parking. The complex has two (2) pools right beside the beach, an olympic size and a small one for children. Other amenities include 24-hour security service, a BBQ area, tennis court, gym, game room with ping pong, air hockey and pool tables. Also close to the building lobby you could find a coin laundromat and a convenience store with luggage storage services.

You will feel in a very cozy & modern space. Wether you are here for pleasure or business Blanc will be the perfect place. You will enjoy the city views and partial view of the ocean while you relax in the spacious balcony. The beach is our backyard just steps away from the elevator.
