Walk to Disneyland from a Family-Friendly Condo

Unwind with a well-deserved cocktail on the terrace after a day exploring the nearby famous theme park. Stretch out on a couch in front of a TV and gas fireplace. Pop down to the pool for a refreshing dip. Tuck the kids into comfy bunk beds at night. 3 Night Minimum Stay. This Disneyland condo is situated less than 10 minutes’ walk from the entrance to the Disneyland Resort, with the delightful shops and restaurants of Downtown Disney in between. Walk to the free Disney tram that drops you off at the Disneyland and California Adventure entrances. Also, the Downtown Disney Monorail Station offers convenient transportation directly into the Tomorrowland area of Disneyland Park bypassing long lines at the main gates. This Disneyland rental home is 100% brand new inside! Completely remodeled Summer 2013, it has new hardwood floors throughout, fresh paint, new kitchen cabinets, new granite counter tops, new Frigidaire stainless steel appliances, new bathrooms, and all brand new furniture. Stocked with everything that will make your stay comfortable and easy, we have gone above and beyond, sparing no expense, to make your stay outstanding while offering the best value for your money. Bedrooms and Sleeping Accommodations The master bedroom suite features a California King size bed, walk in closet and a 50 inch LED Smart TV. The second bedroom boasts a Twin over Full bunk bed with Trundle pullout (sleeps 1 above, 2 below and 1 on pullout), and a 40 inch LED Smart TV with DVD player. The living room features a large sectional and 50 inch LED Smart TV. The condo also has a full sized roll-away bed with bedding and an air mattress. Complex Amenities While you’re here at the best of Disneyland rental homes, be sure to enjoy the swimming pools and hot tub. Relax, refresh and rejuvenate at our 3 resort-style pools, an 80' lap pool, a large recreation pool, and a kid pool. Soak in the hot tub after a long day at the parks. Two large playgrounds provide a safe way for kids to spend any extra energy. Depending on the season, on certain nights you can even create a special memory for your family by walking to the grassy park for a prime view of the Disneyland fireworks display! Treehouse Adventure

Looking for an adventure like no other? My treehouse is just a hop, skip, and a slide (yes, there's a slide!) from Disneyland & Knott's Berry Farm. Downtown Brea is a 5 min walk away. It has restaurants, shopping, 12 screen movie theater, Improv, grocery store and more. Two parks are also within 5 min walking distance. You will find excellent dining in both Downtown Brea and Downtown Fullerton (highly recommended). My treehouse is great for couples, adventurers, kids, and furry friends (pets).

Quiet Peaceful Studio

Private studio apartment. Second-story unit, set back from the street, in a separate building behind the hosts' home. Located in a beautiful historic neighborhood, on a quiet street shaded by oak trees. Disneyland and the Anaheim Convention Center are only 10 minutes away. The Honda Center and Anaheim Stadium 5 minutes. The beaches are an easy 20 minute drive. Excellent restaurants and shopping are abundant. Close to Old Town Orange, Chapman University, and the Santa Artists Village.

Aviary with Amazing Views!

Perched on a hilltop with Amazing Views, Our place is walking distance from CSU of Fullerton and Fullerton Arboretum. We are located off the 57 fwy and a 20 min drive to Disneyland! It is a tiny cottage with modern amenities and although the cottage is detached from the main home, there is a cottage directly below, where you may hear noise if occupied. You may never see us, but available if needed. Enjoy a tranquil space with sounds of morning birds, outdoor fountains and a dog!
