Entire guest house located 10 minutes outside of Murfreesboro and 45 min. from downtown Nashville. Stay with us and have privacy with a detached suite and private access. No shared living space! Easy access to the highway and 12 miles from MTSU. Stay outside of the hustle and bustle of the Boro, but have the convenience of shopping and events. Our Retreat guest house is totally separate & private from our home, though on the same property.We are 35 min to Nashville & less than 10 min from the MTSU Miller coliseum. Our 1000 sq ft deck w/ceiling fans overlooks the river -which our yard backs up to.On the deck is a fireplace and seating areas.Our suite is furnished w/a king size bed, a window seat, a kitchenette, & a small eating area.There is a cozy 2nd bdrm w/a queen size bed,tv & chair.We also have a 98” TV for amazing movie watching.

Welcome to True Blue, located only 100 yards from the MTSU Campus. We are proud to offer our two bedroom, two and a half bath townhome for your enjoyment. This three story unit has a two car garage and sitting area on the first floor. The second floor has a complete kitchen, dining area, living room and half bath. The two bedrooms are on the third floor along with two baths and washer and dryer. Note: the only television is located in the living room and is wifi only.

Our newly-renovated and professionally decorated guesthouse is centrally located in the heart of Murfreesboro: - MTSU: 0.6 mi - Broadway: 39 mi - Airport: 35 mi Features to note: - 1 bedroom with a queen bed and smart T.V. on the main floor. - A private loft with a trundle bed (two single beds). - Fire pit - There is a main house that is separate rental in front of the guest house; there is a fence between them, but they share a driveway.

Our Cozy Studio is a 1 bed/bath and full kitchen with everything you may need for a stay and it is spacious for a sólo or a couple trip, nicely decorated and furnished to make your stay comfortable. It has its own A/C unit, a nice 55" tv, and a nice queen bed. It's a Self-Check in Space and private for 1 night up to 30 nights. note: it's NOT the WHOLE HOUSE it's a studio divided by a wall.
