Welcome to our bright and cozy basement retreat that stays cool in the heat of summer and warm in the colder months. It is a great place for golfers and families. Within walking distance to the golf course, guests love the unbeatable location that keeps you close to everything while offering a peaceful place to unwind. We have 2 comfortable queen beds, a cozy fireplace, a large dining table, fully stocked kitchen, and spa-like bathroom - as well as in-unit laundry, and high speed internet.

Cautions/reminders: External stairs only, creek on property, NO animals/pets (owner's family w/ medical allergies that prohibit), NO smoking, has Christian artwork & books.

Open floor plan 1600 sqft, 3 bed 2 bath home on 1 acre! Goats (Brownie and Oreo), hot tub, arcades, foosball, and beanbag chairs! 24 minutes to the Dinosaur Quarry. You will find usb and outlets on the lamps for easy charging. Frequent deer and wildlife in the yard. Plenty of parking for your boat, toy, or work trailers. Quiet residential neighboorhood. Situated in downtown Vernal. Both on and off street parking. Two large shade trees in the fully fenced back yard. Old fashioned tire swing. Covered patio with table and chairs. Two chain link dog kennels. A new furnace and central air conditioning unit were installed. The basement stays comfortably cool as most basements do. New mattresses were placed on all six beds on April 1, 2023.
