Hi, Welcome to Raccoon Retreat! This is a house that you will be able to come to unplug, unwind and reconnect with family, friends and all of what nature has to offer. The home is located within the ‪Delaware Water Gap National Recreation Area‬. Here you will have the opportunity to take advantage of hiking trails, waterfalls, swimming, zip lining, fishing, horseback riding, canoeing and kayaking, as well as skiing or snowtubing during the snowy season. Though you get to experience nature here, you are only a short drive away from restaurants, casino, shopping and also water parks. The entire home is all yours! Our three story home sits on a one acre wooded lot. In the event you are just wanting to get away to hunker down here, we have designed the space to feel cozy and warm. A short hike upstream leads to George W. Childs Park with 3 tumbling waterfalls, a rustic trail system, and observation decks. A longer hike downstream will bring you to Dingmans Falls. DWGNRA offers swimming, fishing, hiking, biking, canoeing, and kayaking, all within minutes of the cabin.

Historic Schoolhouse by the Delaware River

Historic 1860 schoolhouse retreat! Modern comforts: WiFi, smart TV, kitchen, heat/AC, laundry, clawfoot tub, record player. King-size bed in the bedroom, and a single bed in the loft. The living room has two large sofas, and we also have a queen-size air mattress. Enjoy 2 serene acres near the Delaware River. Relax on the screened porch swing under the fairy lights, or by the fire pit under starry skies. Self check-in/out. Unique & tranquil getaway!

The Upper Hill Cottage

Located in the heart of the Poconos, Just 1 hour and 15 minutes from Manhattan! Our home has been completely remodeled with no detail overlooked. Modern amenities, quiet community and minutes to hiking, waterfalls & the Delaware river. Pets welcome! ** Please take note** ALL DOGS MUST BE KEPT ON A LEASH OUTSIDE & ONLY ON OUR PROPERTY AT ALL TIMES! We have neighbors with animals and ask this for everyone’s safety. The Cottage at Bluestone Falls

We call this The Cottage. It is one of three guest houses on 16 park-like acres, nestled into the woods, running along the scenic Bushkill Creek in the NE tip of the Poconos, near the Delaware River. All 3 houses are set quite far apart on the property and offer the perfect amount of privacy.
