Romantic Lake Dillon Condominium with Bike Trail Access

One bedroom condo set up for a single individual or couple. High end furnishings inside and out including pottery barn outdoor wicker sectional perfect for viewing the lake and mountain range or reading a book. Kitchen is well equipped with general appliances plus coffee maker, blender, pots & pans, crock pot and utensils all provided. Indoor hot tub and pool table located on ground floor. In the heart of Dillon, this Summit Yacht Club condo offers easy access to year round outdoor activities: walking distance to bars, the amphitheater (free weekend summer concerts), the marina and biking/hiking trails. Drive to Keystone in 10 minutes (or take the free Summit County bus across the street) and A-Basin/Copper in 15. Breckenridge is 25 and Vail a quick 35.

Amazing Mountain Views

This is the 1st floor walkout of our home. It has its own entry and there is no shared space with us. We occupy the upper part of the house. This is the most beautiful location in the area. We have an outstanding view of the ten mile range and Lake Dillon. It is breathtaking. Our decor is modern with mountain luxury in mind. We have 2 bedrooms with 3 extremely comfortable king beds. Please see our 5 star reviews for the comments of everyone we've hosted over the past 8 years!

Adventure Awaits! Lake & Mtn View Getaway 2bd 2bth

Our 2 bedroom, 2 bath "mountain escape" condo has panoramic glass patio doors with an unobstructed view looking out over Lake Dillon and the surrounding mountains. You can even see Dillon Marina from the patio, with sailboats docked all summer long. With a recently remodeled kitchen, cozy couches near our gas fireplace, table seating for 6 and breakfast bar seating for 3. You're welcome to use our assigned garage space, an additional parking spot and have in-unit ski storage.
