You are just drawn through the 1 bed., 1 ba., unit to the full length glass and to the deck...the stunning panorama of Lake Dillon and the 12,000 ft. Ten Mile Range. The Dillon Amphitheatre is a 2 min. walk. There are 5 major ski resorts within 30 minutes and all of the outdoor activities you could think of out your door. The bike path (right in front of you), marina, shops, and eateries are a short walk away. Booking guest must be 25 yrs. old, please no smoking inside or outside the unit.

The condo is ideally located on the bus route & quick trip to 4 major ski areas.

With a recently remodeled kitchen, cozy couches near our gas fireplace, table seating for 6 and breakfast bar seating for 3. You're welcome to use our assigned garage space, an additional parking spot and have in-unit ski storage.
