L'appartement est entièrement meublé et dispose d'une chambre meublé, rangements, cuisine équipée ouverte sur le salon et salle à manger ainsi qu'une salle de bain et buanderie (avec lave-linge) au sous-sol. Le batiment dispose d'une pompe à chaleur, ventilation double-flux et chauffage au sol pour une qualité de vie optimale.

La balnéo est haut gamme, elle a été choisi pour une question d'hygiène et pour éviter tous les produits chimiques nécessaire au maintient de l'eau. Le sauna traditionnel à vapeur, aux pierrres de laves, permet des températures exceptionnelles.

A cozy studio awaits you in a family house renovated in 2022 near the forest. The studio has 30m2 and includes a living room that also serves as a sleeping oasis, a small kitchen, a bathroom and a beautiful garden. The living room has a TV with access to Netflix and Apple Tv. The washing machine and dryer can also be used if required. You can reach the capital of Luxembourg in 30 minutes by train. Since public transport is free, you can travel anywhere in Luxembourg by train or bus.

Il est disponible quand je voyage. Je serai ravi de vous accueillir — soyez les bienvenus :) Lit double, canapé pour une personne (non convertible) et, si besoin, un matelas gonflable.
