My stay was absolutely perfect! Laura was there to greet me promptly at check in time with information on the city, restaurant recs and lovely conversation. The building is old and gorgeous only adding to the experience. With fresh sheets, towels and waterfall shower! The neighborhood is quaint and cute with everything you need in walking distance. It was a treat to be right on the canal as well. Laura brought breakfast each morning with a healthy assortment of breads, fresh fruit and more. (I'm pretty sure that was freshly squeezed fruit juice as well?!) Absolutely fantastic experience!

As advertised. Modern apartment in older building. Most attractions easily walkable but far enough away from the highest volume tourist areas.

El departamento es hermoso, amplio, cómodo luminoso y con amplios ventanales. Todos sus artefactos funcionan bien y son de muy buena calidad. Su muebles y sábanas y toallas también son de muy buena calidad. Caminando entre 5 y 10 min se llega a estaciones de Metro y tranvías que llevan al centro de la ciudad, museos. Es muy tranquilo para descansar y dormir por la noche. Su balcón es muy lindo y aprovechable. Tuvimos una gran estadía.

Très bel appartement, situé dans un quartier calme près de l'Oosterpark. Une grande terrasse très appréciable pour les soirées. Le tout à 15 min en vélo de la gare, des musées... Merci Petra pour votre accueil et votre confiance.

Martine provided a warm welcome and a very comfortable home. The area is absolutely fabulous. It is close to everything and has great cafes and restaurants. The nearby shops at Concertebeuw included great bakeries and a supermarket. Can also recommend the Saturday food market which provided fresh food and wonderful cheeses and baked goods. Our bedroom was very comfortable and warm. We enjoyed our stay very much. The internal stairs initially took us by surprise, we got used to them pretty fast and they are most likely standard for the area and age of the house. Very pleased to have booked here.

L’appartamento è centralissimo e molto ben collegato. Al suo interno presenta finiture eleganti ed è pieno di tutti i confort. Sebastiaan è disponibile e cortese. Una persona magnifica, ci ha fatto trovare una bottiglia per brindare al nostro attivo e delle bellissime decorazioni pasquali per intrattenere la nostra bimba piccola. Presente all’occorrenza ma anche molto discreto. Un vero padrone di casa! Se dovessimo tornare ad Amsterdam, certamente proveremmo a prenorate nuovamente questo delizioso appartamento. È la soluzione ideale per trascorrere qualche giorno in città. Grazie di cuore!!

From the start to the finish, staying at Pasquinels place was amazing. He was very easy with checkin and even though our plane was announced delayed and then still arrived on time, he was easy to reach and his girlfriend let us in and showed us the apartment. The apartment is perfect for a couple. only one flight up Amsterdams steep staircases and we walked into a beautiful space. The plants made it feel like home and cosy. Special touches included water bottles by the bed and prosecco and waffle cookies on the table for arrival. A cute balcony with sun in the evening and the most comfortable bed made the place extra enjoyable. Great restaurants, walkable to city center, bike rentals, or metro if you prefer. we had an amazing time and would stay here again!

We were really happy about our stay with Louis. Louis welcomed us to his home in person, showed us around, taught us how to use his great coffee machine and even had some welcome gifts for us. The apartment is bright and airy, and the back garden is lovely. The bedrooms are downstairs and they can feel a bit colder but with an extra blanket we slept just fine. The location of the apartment is great, with a couple of nice restaurants on the same street, a supermarket across the road and 10 minutes walking distance from the central canals of Amsterdam. Louis also kept in touch through our stay to check if all was going well, which was very nice of him.

Loved staying here for our trip to Amsterdam from the States. Brigitte left a lot of instructions and recommendations for things to do around the area. Very walkable to the metro and super cute neighborhood. We walked around the block for ice cream or food probably every day of our trip. Anywhere in Amsterdam you're going to have to get used to the stairs but this place had the perfect amount of charm and loveliness. 10/10 recommend.

Mati and the canal house apartment were a perfect place to stay. The whole city was walkable or easy rides on trams. She was quickly responsive to our needs and very friendly. My wife liked the dozen or so resale and vintage stores within a block of two. The hosts recommendations for restaurants were wonderful and nearby. Never disappointed by local food and drink.

This apartment is beautiful and pretty much exactly like the pictures. The garden is a fantastic inclusion, the bathroom is as theatrically fabulous as it looks and it was lovely to be able to play the baby grand piano. The increasingly popular De Pijp area is a short walk across the bridge and we spent most of our time there. A fantastic place to stay in a brilliant location - we’ll be back.

A perfect home base for our week in Amsterdam. Charlotte was very responsive before our stay as well as during the stay. The home was exactly as described - I would say it was even better actually. Perfect for us and our two kids. The back patio was beautiful and we were able to easily do laundry before we moved on to our next city. The beds were very comfortable and the thermostat worked well controlling the heat. We would book it again!

Jonathan was a wonderful host with a beautiful home! This apartment was perfect for my girlfriend and I during our 3 days in Amsterdam, such a cool space in a great neighborhood. Would highly recommend to anybody!

We went to Amsterdam with 2 children and Rienk’s appartment was a perfect place for them including toys. The location was a relaxed and not overcrowded neighborhood with many restaurants nearby and very well connected with nearby tram and metro, just 15 minutes to the center. We can highly recommend Rienk’s place for other families.

Helena is a great and hospitable host and she made us feel welcome right away. The location is hard to beat, with tons to do in the immediate area and all of the major areas of the city reachable within a 30 minute walk.

Amazing stay, gorgeous location on a quiet street. Walkable area with great cafe’s, restaurants, canals. Close to public transport to get anywhere in town. Jan-Bas was helpful and responsive during our stay.

De attenties bij de ontvangst en de vriendelijke host gaven ons direct een erg warm gevoel. Het huis ligt in een levendige gezellige buurt en toch hadden we hier totaal geen last van in de slaapkamers. We hebben heerlijk geslapen en konden de vogeltjes horen vroeg in de ochtend. Misschien komen we nog wel eens terug met ons gezin.

Le logement était conforme aux photos et bien décoré. Beaucoup de parking gratuit disponible. Grand balcon meublé. Il y a tout le nécessaire pour cuisiner, c'est un vrai Airbnb et pas un appartement destiné uniquement à la location (c'est un vrai plus). Il faut compter environ 45 minutes pour arriver dans le centre avec les transports en commun depuis l'appartement. Le couchage était correct. Encore merci !

Nous avons passé un très bon moment en famille chez Niels. La localisation est idéale pour visiter Amsterdam tout étant dans un environnement calme. La communication avec Niels est facile. Merci encore!

The flat is lovely and in excellent location with walking distance to all attractions within Amsterdam as well as really close to metro if you fancy any further trips. Flat had all essential needed for our stay and appreciated extra touch of fresh flowers, coffee/tea and biscuits. Donna kept in touch with us during the stay and provided link of recommended food places which was quite handy.

I can definitely recommend this accommodation. I rented the little studio and it was perfect for a solo vacation (but it also works for two people). Wilma and her family are very friendly and always making sure that everything is right. The surrounding nature is so beautiful. Take your bike or walk around and enjoy the landscape. The farm is a bit more outside in the fields, so a bike or a car can make the way to and from the frame easier. All in all I can recommend if you are looking for a beautiful and quiet place to spend a couple of day, but also want to visit the city.
