Vue exceptionnelle sur une vallée plantée d’oliviers et de cyprès. Très beau toit terrasse pour admirer le lever du soleil sur la mer et le coucher du soleil sur les collines. La maison comprend une belle salle de séjour, une cuisine lumineuse entièrement équipée et deux chambres avec leur propre salle de bains. Deux terrasses pour le matin et le soir.

Unwind at this peaceful seafront cottage. The house was lovingly built with stone walls, brand new equipment, and big verandas for a relaxing charming feel. Enjoy the sea from the yard. The house is located right on the sea of Diakofti crystal clear waters, a locals-only spot with unspoilt, fine white sand. Although the cafe, mini market and restaurant are only a 2min walk, the area feels peaceful and secluded. This 2bed - 2bath house can host 5 adults with a large fully equipped kitchen.

Diakofti is unique as it is surrounded by sea on one end and by mountains on the other. It's a place that allows you privacy and tranquility or more social events, depending on what you seek. The beach is occupied with local fishermen cleaning their freshly caught fish on the small wharf, family and friends socializing at one of the cafes or eating at the local tavern.

Located in Kapsali, Kythira, just a few steps from the beach and only two kilometers from Chora (Kythira), with breathtaking view over the bay and the Venetian Castle. The house is on the groundfloor of a two-storey residence (entrance from the main road) while it also has access to the beach road through private stairs. All rooms are equipped with air conditioning while bedrooms facing road are equipped with double glazing windows.

An exceptional traditional two stored house in the heart of the capital city of Kythera. It can accommodate up to 6 persons, in all 3 bedrooms. It consists of two levels, ground floor and first floor. On the ground floor there is a large living room, a fully equipped kitchen, a dining area and a WC. On the 1st floor there are three bedrooms and two bathrooms and a small balcony with view in the Venetian Castle of Chora.

Diakofti Hilltop Sea House is a lovely private house in Diakofti , the east side of the island.  The house is 105m2 with two bedrooms, spacious living room, dining area and kitchen area. It also has a sea view veranda and a 2nd veranda facing the sea and the mountain. It accomodates easily 4-6 persons.
