Situated in the lively Ponsonby area, it is a five min walk to Ponsonby Road restaurants and a 30 min walk to CBD. The bus to Britomart is a six min walk away.

Set in historic Devonport our new space is part of a 100+yr old north facing (sun) bungalow with garden. We have no on-site kitchen/cooking facilities. A 15 min walk to the village & 20+ cafes, pubs & restaurants, 2 mins further to the ferry & Auckland CBD 12 mins later. A public golf course is 5 mins walk, 3 beaches 15 mins walk. The quiet space has a queen bed & in a small adjoining room a king single bed. Your own entry, bathroom, tea, coffee maker, fridge, smart TV fast internet & heating.

This bright & sunny guest suite is conveniently located less than 10 minutes walk away from Takapuna Beach, Hauraki Corner shops and bus stops (buses to Auckland City) and local schools. Takapuna centre is about 15-20 minutes walk away with all its wonderful shops, cafes & restaurants. The completely self contained accommodation with its own entrance, kitchenette and bathroom is set back from the road, in the peaceful leafy garden on the hosts' property, but detached from the main house.
