Be among the first to stay in our newly gated condo community following extensive exterior upgrades. Unit 603C overlooks the beautiful DESTIN HARBOR, is just a quick walk to the private GATED BEACH ENTRY, and is conveniently adjacent to our HEATED POOL! Play pickleball and tennis too! Our spacious condo was fully updated in 2025 including new LVP flooring throughout. Enjoy our fully equipped kitchen, 2 spacious bdrms, 2 updated bathrooms and of course that HARBOR VIEW from our large balcony!

Welcome to our beach getaway in Holiday Isle. Our place has a King size bed w/private shower, 5 minute walk to beach & a boat slip. There is beach access to 4 different beaches, a 30-foot boat slip, & a 300-pound ice machine. We have a kayak & life jackets for your pleasure. This 4 bedroom 2 bath townhouse overlooks the Destin Harbor with a Panoramic view of Destin Harbor from the deck. The Destin water taxi will pick you up at our dock & take you to your destination in the Destin Harbor.

Our location offers a Private Beach access to Emerald Beach (11 minute walk) with crashing waves of the ocean or the O'steen Public Beach access of calm harbor waters of the jetties, where the locals scuba dive and snorkel- also perfect for sunset watching! Walk to the marina and the local boat taxi will take you to Harbor Walk Village for dining and entertainment. Not suitable for infants.
