Only 25m to the crystal clear beach & 700m to the train station (line Athens Airport-Aigio), walking distance. It is 4km away from the blue flag beach of Trapeza-Pounta, 7km away from Akrata & 7,4km away from Odontotos-Diakopto. It combines excursions to the mountain, Kalavryta (ski center) is just 35km away. This peaceful, spacious studio sits on the 1st floor with balcony and sea view.

The hideout is spacious, sun-drenched, tranquil, elegant, immaculate and we love pets! The master bedroom features a king-sized bed and a cot with premium linens. Balconies with an entry to the roof terrace. The second bedroom is situated in the bottom floor with double bed and bunk beds and bathroom. In the first floor is well equipped kitchen and outside oven.

It is the second autonomous apartment in the same space, behind "kalafatis beach home 1". Another 30sqm apartment. with 1 double bed, 1 sofa bed, a kitchen and a WC. Quiet little spot right on the beach ideal for a relaxing retreat. There's nothing quite like having the sea all to yourself. Perfect for couples and families. Vacation house of about 50 square meters. Boat marine is at a distance of about 300 metres from the house. The house is 3 minutes from Aigeira and about 4 minutes from Derveni, both locations with bars, coffee shops, supermarkets and stores. **The house now has a new roof!
