As your host, I've curated the space to reflect Birmingham and the apartment is personally managed, so you will always be in direct contact with me.

The Grazing Guest House

This is a beautiful, purpose converted guest house with one main bedroom and two small doubles in an upstairs mezzanine. It is beautifully appointed and set in an amazing shared garden with pond and water feature. The property is 0.7 miles from the motorway, with little traffic disturbance. It also has an electric charger for EVs - at a small extra cost. The property is designed with sustainability in mind and boosts IR heating and bamboo floors. Barston, listed by The Telegraph as one of the poshest villages in the UK, enjoys a rural location yet 10 mins away from the NEC and Birmingham Airport. The village has 2 excellent gastro pubs and many nearby eateries, including a Michelin star restaurant. Airport parking/transfers available.

Woodcote Cottage Cosy & Quirky Converted Stable

For singles/couples looking for a semi rural one-bedroom cottage to escape to, with excellent motorway links, also popular with professionals seeking an alternative to a hotel room. The cottage was a stable back in the day when the house was named Horsley Cottage in the 1800's. The homestay includes a log burner, underfloor heating, microwave, slow cooker, coffee machine & bathroom. There is a dining table which could be used as a workspace, lounge & first floor bedroom. Dogs welcome.

The Annexe - 2 bedroom - QE, University, Cricket

The Annexe is a newly renovated, self contained suite. Attached to our house but with its’ own entrance the space has 2 comfortable bedrooms with space to work or study (with wifi). There is a newly fitted bathroom along with a well equipped kitchen and relaxing sitting room. We live on site and so can be on hand to offer advice if desired. 5 minutes walk to the University main gate. We are a 25 minute walk to the QE hospital and Edgbaston cricket ground and well served for taxis.
