‘Twit 2 Woo!’ is the second of only two unique Tiny Houses in a tranquil Norfolk field. In the village of Wicklewood, down its own winding lane, this is a perfect retreat to take country walks, head into the market town of Wymondham, the city of Norwich or the Norfolk coastline. Enjoy the sounds of nature, the sheep in the fields, the valley views and, if you’re lucky, see the steam trains pass on the Mid Norfolk Heritage Railway. Sorry, the Tiny House is not suitable for pets or small children.

Charming cottage hideaway surrounded by nature

Luxurious interiors, designed with keen attention to detail will ensure a truly memorable stay. Our recently renovated cottage includes a fully fitted kitchen & double bedroom situated at the top of a bespoke spiral stairs (sleeps 2 adults with room for cot/small mattress). The comfy sitting room features a kingsize sofa bed & log burner. We’re in central Norfolk on the grounds of a listed Manor House, ideal for a charming getaway surrounded by nature or a comfortable rest whilst working nearby.

Set in an acre of garden, The Hobby Room is self contained accommodation offering a modern, bright and spacious feel with high ceilings and french doors opening onto patio and gardens. A warm and welcoming place to stay for visitors to Norfolk/Suffolk. Quick access from the A11 (2 mins). Snetterton Race Circuit is only 4 miles away. Private access with ample parking behind secured gates means it's easy to come and go as you please. We're also happy to offer parking for trailers upon request.

The Picture House, Hingham, Norfolk

The Picture House - because of the huge 75” smart HDTV, library of DVDs and collection of original film posters on the walls! It has been beautifully renovated into a luxurious accommodation, comprising of a cosy bedroom with super king size bed with a door leading out to a private garden. The bathroom has a huge walk in shower, loo and basin. The wow factor is the huge open plan living area with a fully equipped kitchen with island and a full sized pool table, woodburner and large comfy sofas.

Welcome to Lavender Lodge! Our 1-bedroom apartment, with a sofa bed, sleeps up to 4 guests. Nestled in a quiet location with open fields and deer. We’re dog-friendly, so bring your furry friend along. Enjoy full access to our heated above-ground pool in the summer and sunset hot tub. The lodge offers Netflix, Amazon Prime, and more for your entertainment. The owners live on-site and are happy to assist if needed. Ideal for a family getaway, we hope you enjoy your stay at Lavender Lodge.

The Granary; a peaceful retreat

The Granary offers comfort and peacefulness in a country setting just 4 miles from Wymondham and 11 miles from Norwich. Train and bus connections just 2 miles away in Attleborough. The Granary is a cosy retreat within the grounds of our Mill House. Contemporary kitchen facilities: mini oven, microwave. Heating; electric radiators and underfloor heating in bathroom. Entry is via our property with off street parking. Sorry no pets and not suitable for small children. Max occupancy 2 people.

Country annex with stunning views and hot tub

Detached high quality rural accommodation surrounded with stunning field views for 2-4 guests. The Bolt hole is situated on a quite lane in the small Norfolk village of Scoulton. This country side setting is only a few miles to local town centres or 40 minutes drive to the picturesque city of Norwich, The Norfolk Broads and the beautiful Norfolk Coast line. An open plane spacious lounge and kitchen with a shower room with walk in shower. Upstairs has a large bedroom, en-suite and closet.

The old Stables

Recently renovated 2-bedroom cottage located in the beautiful market town of Wymondham. This historic cottage is walking distance to the town centre, pubs and restaurants and sleeps up to 5 guests. It includes 2 rooms, one with a double bed. A second room with a double bed and a single bed. A main bathroom and a spacious open plan kitchen/living area, making it a great space to socialise with friends or family. Lots of parking for 4 cars and an outside seating area for a morning coffee!

The Fox - 5* Apartment with Swimming Pool & Tennis

The Fox is one of a set of five gorgeous luxury barn conversions, nestled within a tiny hamlet of houses, but is just 5 minutes from the bustling market town of Wymondham and less than 30 minutes from the centre of Norwich. The Fox is situated in 10-acres of private grounds with a large paddock for football and games, and fields to the back. Boasting a swimming pool, gym and tennis court as well as super fast wi-fi, you really will find everything you need for a great holiday.

Relax with the family in gently rolling Norfolk countryside. Dine alfresco in the private garden, enjoy freshly laid eggs from the chickens (when they are laying!), enjoy stunning sunsets and amazing starry skies. Or venture out to explore historic Wymondham with its mediaeval abbey, heritage steam railway, pubs, tea shops, restaurants, bustling market and independent shops.
