This apartment is brand new with all of the comforts of home. Quick access to I-35 makes it simple to travel every direction. We are about thirty minutes north of Dallas or Fort Worth. This space has WiFi, 2 smart TV's with Hulu+Live, washer and dryer, queen size bed and sofa bed with memory foam mattress. It has a fully equipped kitchen. We are pet friendly & behaved pets are welcome. We use a disinfecting UV light to sanitize between guests. We also have a rigorous cleaning protocol.

Denton House (downstairs only)

Our house is located in a quiet residential neighborhood. It is very close to Texas Woman's University, and only a short drive from downtown, Loop 288, and the University of North Texas. We also offer weekly and monthly discounts during certain parts of the year. Our house backs into a beautiful city park that has tennis & basketball courts and a playground. (There is a fence between us and the park, and we have not put in a gate yet, so you will still walk from the street to reach the park.)

Hospitality Room

You won’t want to leave this charming, one-of-a-kind place. We know you will feel right at home. You will be staying in a private room in our home. You will have a semi-private bathroom. We would love to interact with you while you’re here, if you choose to, or will respect your privacy if you prefer to keep to yourself. The pool is open seasonally. You can expect an elevated continental breakfast each morning. If you happen to be with us on a Monday, feel free to join our bible study group.

The Cafe Solo Cottage

The Cafe Solo Cottage is a secluded Studio apartment located in the heart of Denton. Nestled in a quiet neighborhood but still only a 5 min drive from TWU and downtown Denton with its famous and diverse options for food, music and nightlife. The Cottage is a stand alone apt with all the amenities you could need, including full bath, kitchenette, queen sized sofa bed and love seat, flat screen TV, and more.
