This place is AWESOME!! We just finished a full rehab on this house and it turned out GREAT! You will love sitting on the full size deck in the back of the house, viewing the river and taking in some bird watching. There is a fire pit overlooking the river. Retreat to the city and stay in your own private apartment looking out on goats and chickens at pasture, gardens, and lots of green space. Enjoy the peaceful sounds of nature by night and explore downtown Cincinnati, the Cincinnati Zoo, stadiums, bars, and restaurants by day. All this within a 15 minute drive! While your apartment is entirely private, we do live on-site and are available if you need anything. We are even happy to schedule a time for you to meet and mingle with the goats!
