Se alquila un apartamento independiente, la piscina, barbacoa y jardín es de uso privado y exclusivo del apartamento en alquiler. Consta de vistas al mar, parking, 3 dormitorios, un baño,cocina, salón, piscina, jardín y barbacoa. Se encuentra a 100 metros de parque natural del Montgo y a un 1,5 km de la playa de la Marineta.

Top villa piscine vue mer et Montgo impasse privée

Magnifique villa dans une impasse privée surplombant la ville de Denia. Piscine privative avec vue sur mer et montagne. Très agréable! Environnement exceptionnel à l’abri des regards et végétation méditerranéenne (Olivier, figuier, vignes, bougainvillier, palmiers…. Intérieur composé de 3 chambres dont 2 avec leur salle de bain en suite. Clim et wifi dans toutes les pieces. Smart TV Netflix, Amazon Prime, Abri de voiture, Ping Pong… Promenades en montagnes, plages, criques , grand centre ville…

Preciosa Villa con piscina privada al lado del Mar

Preciosa villa con espectacular piscina, jardín y casa acogedora. Ideal para disfrutar de los días de verano en familia o amigos. Playa a 300 metros (tan sólo a 3minutos a pie). Se ofrecen todo tipo de servicios (toallas, tanto de ducha como de playa, self service de agua fría y agua caliente, dulces, fruta, refrescos, aceite, vinagre, sal, pan, leche, galletas, salados, botella de cava de bienvenida, hielo, zumos…) Se alquila por semanas (de sábado a sábado en los meses de julio y agosto).

Royale heerlijke Finca waar je zo gelukkig wordt door de ligging tussen The Healthiest spot in the world, de berg Montgo, and The Tastiest spot, de stad Denia. Door de prachtige setting op een heuvel in het groen met rondom uitzicht. De loopafstand van het zandstrand, 5 min, en de stad, 15 min. De authentieke bruisende Spaanse stad. Het diepe sportbad met duikplank. De 10 terrassen en chill plekken vol ligbedden. Het comfortabele wonen. Het gave interieur design en het sustainable gebouw.

It has 2 spacious rooms, bathrooms, kitchen and glass covered pergola with stunning views . A 15 minute drive from Denia, located on the sea front in an outstanding natural reserve, with dozens of water sports and hiking possibilities. Fantastic sea-side restaurants within walking distance.

Sea views, a/c and Wifi, walking to Javea Port!

Traditional “hippy-chic” Mediterranean finca-style villa, located in the port in one of the best areas in Javea and enjoying wonderful sea views from the covered terrace and pool. No need to use the car while you are at Mezquida as it located very close to the port. You can walk down to the local tapas bars and restaurants in 5 minutes and the port´s La Grava pebble beach is just a 10 minute walk away.
