Quiet Cabin on the Wapsipinicon River, great views

Cabin(1100sq. ft) has all the amenities of home but in a camping environment. Wapsipinicon river is 100 yards away for fishing ,5 min walk to a private sandbar for relaxing. 20 min drive to Marion and 10-15 minutes to small town restaurants and shopping. No WIFI, cable or internet, just a TV with local channels. No hunting or discharging of firearms allowed. No pets. No ATV’s or Golf carts allowed. Due to this property being on the Wapsipinicon River cancellation may happen if flooding occurs.

Fun custom waterfront floating cabin-HOT TUB!

This newly built floating cabin sits on the backwaters of the Mississippi River. It’s 1970s mod design is unique and fun! This rental has 2 bedrooms with queen beds and a queen pull out couch. There is a full bathroom and a stocked kitchen. Soak in the hot tub and take in the waterfront views all around. While there are other cabins around, you have your own walkway and no one connected to you! Enjoy a kayak ride, fish, or just relax on your floating deck. This is located at Millennium Marina.

Enjoy the sounds of nature and relaxing breeze at this waterfront getaway retreat on Wapsipinicon river. Boat ramp just a few minutes away. Central location with access to 2,000+ acres of public land within 10 min drive and kayaks rentals. Large screened-in porch overlooking the river, nice firepit just outside the cabin. Paved RV parking pad with hook-ups (extra fees apply to park an RV). Get fresh eggs or meet some friendly animals at the goat farm across the street (call Liz in advance).

Relax in the middle of nowhere!

Talk about PEACEFUL! This cozy country cabin has been a unique project for us and we want to share it with you! Unique and one of a kind decorations and structure. Tons of great nature views, many deer and other wildlife right outside your door. Watching the live bison right outside your door is pretty cool too! A pheasant hunting reserve next door as well! Cozy cabin & 1/4 acre pond. We're sure you’ll love this space as much as we do. Not suitable for children under 12, we strictly enforce no children or pets, and must be 21+ to book. Outdoor space, gas grill, gas fire pit. Fully stocked cabin, with breakfast items included for you to enjoy at your leisure.

Secluded 40 Acres Retreat with Trails & Firepit

Unplug at a secluded log cabin on 40 private acres of rolling prairie and oak woods in eastern Iowa. Hike wooded trails where deer and wild turkey roam, gather around the firepit under wide-open skies, or settle in by the stone fireplace with a board game. Four bedrooms and three bathrooms comfortably sleep 8 — perfect for families, friend groups, or a quiet creative/writers retreat. Just 35 minutes from Iowa City and 40 from the Quad Cities, with nothing but birdsong in between.

Unplug and get back to nature

The log cabin was built as a place to unwind, relax, and truly unplug. Nestled among 15 acres of rolling hills, the cabin can serve as a place to hunker down and read three novels, or a home base for hiking, cycling and putting the nature back in your life. Be advised, there is NO television and that’s for good reason. Cook, drink, eat, play, relax and refresh yourself. Wake up to the songs of birds and listen to the owls at night while you’re warming yourself around a bonfire.

Located a half hour west of Cedar Rapids and 45 minutes from Iowa City for game days. Pets are welcome.

Very private, secluded and relaxing spot within 30 yards of walking or biking trail. Enjoy wildlife, plenty of deer and eagles to watch off the large open front porch. Fire pits for each cabin with firewood provided. Grill provided in front yard. Two private bedrooms with a queen bed in each. Kitchen included microwave, 2-burner stove and full size refrigerator. Coffee make and toaster also provided. River for canoeing and kayaking within walking distance.

Rustic cabin surrounded by small timber tract. Very cozy cabin with relaxing space, sleeps 6 guests; 4 beds, 1 Queen & 3 full beds. Quiet and private. You have the entire cabin to yourself. Enjoy the fire pit and feel to walk around the grounds. Close to The Field of Dreams, Mississippi and Maquoketa Rivers. Also, close to Jones and Delaware county fair grounds. You’ll also find that Farley Speedway and Tristate Raceway are minutes away. Nature awaits!!
