Bring the whole family to this beautifully remodeled spacious home. This home will give your family plenty of space to stretch out and enjoy. Located in Halteman Village .This quiet family friendly neighborhood is known for one of Muncie’s best neighborhoods to trick or treat in. Close to Ball State and popular restaurants and shopping. Enjoy being able to let your pup run in the fenced in back yard. Take a nice walk along the sidewalks of this neighborhood just to see the beautiful homes.

The Milton Manor/ near BSU/Minnitrista

Come stay at this fun retreat and enjoy shopping and restaurants in any direction you go. This home is located across from the Delaware County Fair grounds in a very quiet neighborhood centrally located in Muncie sitting very close to Ball State University and IU Hospital and if you like to bike ride, Cardinal Greenway bike trail is very close by. Enjoy the many games provided for all age groups along with some grilling out , corn hole games and enjoy some hot tub time under the stars.

Central Location. Very comfy & clean with view.

This lovely little retreat will not disappoint. I think you will find it to be a relaxing and comfortable place to spend your time in Muncie. We've provided the basics so that it can be your home away from home: fully functioning kitchen, coffee options, hi speed internet, towels, shampoo, conditioner, soaps, bedding, xfinity flex with tv, and board games. 1/2 mile to shops & dining or a walk along the river, 1 mile to BSU. Close the day grilling out while you watch the gorgeous sunset.

Quaint carriage house.

You’ll think you are in the country when you arrive at our peaceful 10 acre property right in Muncie. Located near our historic home, built in 1848, you’ll find a carriage house with an upstairs apartment with everything you need for a relaxing and comfortable stay. This is a quaint, rustic cabin like space with private outdoor area. You are only five to 10 minutes from BSU and IU Ball Hospital, downtown, Elm Street Brewing, the Children’s Museum, walking trails and most restaurants.

Registered historic home, heart of Muncie

Historic neighborhood. One block to BSU Village and less than 1 mile to downtown; Ball Memorial Hospital just few blocks down the same street. Registered historic property; truly walking distance to BSU for those visitors who don’t want to drive. Off-street parking is in the back alley. We kindly ask guests to be considerate to neighbors. Keep in mind, this house is near a college campus, and during graduation and sports events students/neighbors may be celebrating outside.

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. This 2nd floor private studio apartment is located in a quiet country setting on the northside of Muncie. Newly constructed from lots of repurpose materials including handcrafted furniture and antiques radiate a warm feeling of a farmhouse retreat. We are within 4.5 miles of BSU, shopping, and restaurants. A Pizza King, Dollar General and Gas Station are just 1.7 miles away. Tonne Winery just 0.7 miles away!
